USA Auto Sales Staff (Owners) are totally fantastic to work with, friendly informative non pressure sales. Once we concluded on a deal they were still just as friendly and accommodating as they were when I first met them. They provide a service to their customers that can't be matched, as far as I know, but I am not giving that secret away. You will have to make a deal there to find out about that service. I plan on seeking them out for any future car purchases, and would definitely recommend them to my friends. Best car deal I have made since I started driving over 40 years ago. P.S. I love my new 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 Cummings.

Great service! Helped find a car within our price range. Daniel (one of the salesmen) even gave us some of his homemade chicken noodle soup that he had. Over all a great experience and wonderful service.

Best people to buy from!! I only had partial down payment and they worked with me to get into a larger vehicle. I bought my first car from them and they were able to work with lenders to get me a low rate. Even with my bad credit within the last few years they were able to help me get something I felt comfortable with my daughter being in. Best business, nicest, people, completely professional!! I am still in shock at how wonderful my buying experience was. By the time I got to USA Auto Sales to look at vehicles I had already had numerous awful experiences at multiple big and small dealerships between Oregon and Washington. I had lost hope because my prior experiences had been so stressful and disappointing. It seemed like no one really wanted to help us find the perfect vehicle or get financed. Within a few minutes of being at USA Auto Sales I instantly felt welcomed and confident that we would find the perfect vehicle- and we did!!
The people here are so much more knowledgeable about financing-I learned more in this visit than I had at any other dealership. Like magic she found financing. I had been denied SO many times before that and was told it probably wasn't possible by other dealerships. Within minutes she had financing I could work with.
We already had an idea as to what kind of vehicle we were looking for but couldn't find one in our price range. They had beautiful, well maintained vehicles. By far better than other vehicles we saw on other lots (big and small). They obviously knew everything that was needed to know about their vehicles- they gave us detailed information and answered potential questions I hadn't thought of yet. I could tell they cared about the kind of vehicles they were selling and wanted to make sure they found good homes :)
I have told my family and friends they NEED to go here if/when they are looking for a vehicle. I will tell everyone I talk to at the business I work for to go here. Any where else is a waste of time. My daughter will be 16 in a couple of years- I will definitely be going there for a vehicle for her- and I am actually looking forward to it !!!

GOING ON 10 YEARS and over 130,000 miles with our Nissan Altima we purchased at USA with zero problems!!! The prices were competitive and the service was casual, yet professional.
I do remember noticing that they didn't carry very many cars under 8k but I talked to the owner and he said its simply because he likes to bring in cars that will be dependable for his customers. Great guy! Had the pleasure of hanging with him at church for many years.
I'd say don't go cheap on your next car purchase and pull into USA! You'll be glad you went with quality.

I'm the type of customer who knows what he's looking for and has everything prepared so the transaction can go smooth. I have bought several cars here. I have been happy every single time. I never get put into a car I'm not looking for like I do at other dealerships. I know what I'm looking for and USA always gets me into what I want. Obviously the more flexible I am the sooner I can get into something. The more stringent I am may cost me some patience, so the experience depends on how hard I want to take a stand, which is reasonable. These guys have been in business for a long time and I know many return customers, which is testimony in and of itself. Much different than many other mom and pop shops that can't seem to last. USA Auto Sales is the only place I've actually enjoyed buying a car.

I visited a bunch of car lots in the Tri-Cities and these guys are the best. They have nice cars and great prices. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. There was no pressure but once I decided they made the buying process simple and helped me get a great deal on the financing I needed. I highly recommend checking them out.

I have purchased two vehicles from USA auto sales. If you are looking for a good deal, and quality then you have found the right place. This is a family ran business, and this is exactly how I was treated from beginning to end. I purchased exactly what I was looking for at an extremely fair price, with an as is warranty. What I do know is that 99% of the time, you get what you buy, however I will say I had a minor repair, and I took it back. I was immediately taken care of, Darrel had it fixed the same day with no questions asked. This tells me that they stand behind their inventory!

Great place to shop. Treat you like an individual person with needs or wants, instead of a dollar sign. No high pressure to 'get you into a vehicle.' Work honestly with you to get you financed. They DO NOT "shotgun" your credit to get financing. We asked for ONE place only to check. That is exactly what they did. We did not have 20 hits on our credit, that would affect our credit score. Highly recommend this dealer.

they worked hard to approve me for a car when no one else would. They took the time to call financers for me and found me one that would allow me to have a vehicle. and gave me advice on what to do about improving my credit with this car. I am very very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone.
