GirlFit Workout Studio

I had a Pole Dance Birthday celebration with “ Dyamond Dynasty” as the instructor and it was the greatest experience ever!!!
Lots of unexpected fun for all🤗🤗 Everyone is still positively talking about it!
I would definitely recommend having a party here.

I love this gym! So many opportunities as an instructor and the community is very supportive of one another and I’m hitting my 1 year anniversary as a Coach. Awesome Gym and classes.

I came to the gym for a class and was beyond impressed with the owners and class instructors. I accidentally booked the wrong class online and they were so patient and understanding and worked to get me in the right class. If I lived in the area, I’d definitely get a membership here but for now, I’ll stop by for classes when I’m in the area.

Pole dancing was invigorating! U should know, dress for the pole (skin) workout, not for the gym.

Awesome experience. So many class options, offering a wide variety of workouts. They are friendly to beginners, yet provide heightened challenges for more seasoned athletes. So happy to have discovered this gem!

I had the pleasure of taking one of their twerkfit classes, and I truly enjoyed myself, and it was definitely a workout. I will definitely be back.

I was so nervous about taking a pole class as I have some insecurities but Dymond made us all feel very confident and comfortable. My girls and I loved it so much, we’ve decided to take a class once a month and I’ve decided to offer a separate class once a month for my business as apart of my fitness courses. Oh and my sorority’s co-founder loved the event so much were adding in chair and fitness classes offered by the studio once a month into our monthly events. So I’ll be seeing GirlFit at least 3 times a month lol.

Such a great experience here. There’s a variety of classes. The instructors are so encouraging and knowledgeable. The staff are just great people. I love this studio. I wish they could expand and have locations across the DMV. Amazing.

Had the best time of my life at GirlFit Workout Studio. I had a small twerk party for my birthday. Our instructor was so down to earth and fun. She had so much patience with us and ensure we got every dance move. Ms. Monica was so nice and friendly. I received outstanding customer service from her and the staff. No one interrupted our dance session. Will be back very soon for the pole dancing classes.

I've found my new dance home. I love the personality of the instructors. Even in the classes that I struggle with like twerk 😅, I have a fantastic time and sweat doing it. The flexibility of scheduling is awesome. After one workshop and pole class, I signed up for the membership and it has been 100% worth it.

I've only been for a few classes, but this gym is amazing! Definitely take advantage of the Groupon if you can. They have a variety of classes and everyone was so helpful, even the people at the front desk. I love this place!

Moderately sized studio, with a friendly staff and competitive pricing. Instructors there have trained in the regional pole circuit and typically offer high impact, fast-paced classes. A little bit of a hike to get to from D.C. during weekday evenings because of rush hour, but definitely worth it.

So I was torn between Girlfit and Divas & Doll Studio for pole classes. End result was Girlfit is so much better. I’ve only done level 1 pole classes but even with me taking the same class over and over I feel like I actually learn something new each time I go. The instructors are awesome and very helpful. I went to the other studio and the teacher didn’t even introduce herself took me about 10 min to figure out who the teacher was ... there was no structure. So whenever this furlough is over I’ll definitely be getting my pole membership at GirlFit!!!!!

My favorite spot to get my spin in! The instructor, Jamie, is fabulous! There are a lot of good spinners and the class is always positive & highly motivated!

I found my tribe!! Everybody is wonderful and the classes are great! I feel completely comfortable working out with everyone and actually look forward to going to the gym now! Even during the pandemic...

Rented this space for one of my 50th birthday celebrations! Space was perfect and the customer service was great!!! I highly recommend it.

Absolutely love this studio! I love that I can have such a variety when it comes to working out and having fun and the instructors are really great! Very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere!

I had my 30th bday party here on the 6th, the place is nice and spacious! It was the perfect spot for a very reasonable price! I truly enjoyed myself.
