Giant Food

A most exhilarating adventure. Clean and friendly. Vegetables were fresh and pretty. The atmosphere was conducive to a fun shopping experience. The cashier was a pleasure to deal with today. Avoid the deli. Have fun!

Got my Covid booster, staff was great, first time visit to a Giant store. Merchandise selection looked great, have got to visit again.

These folks work incredibly hard and are always so kind. Whenever they've had trouble with our pickup order, they make it right. Thank you to the shoppers especially who have helped us so much in the pandemic and bad weather. As someone who is high-risk, it's been a blessing to be able to pickup groceries and I'm so grateful for them.

Wanna thank the lady in vegetable section did not get her name 2/12 @ 11:46 AM asked for the fresh Kale 5 minutes later she came back with the kale. Good experience reminded me of the time when employees went the extra mile.

I have been going to this Upper Marlboro location for over 30 years. Customer service is always helpful..

Groceries ordered online for pickup. Employee who brought out my order was very polite and efficient. I also received a call prior to my pickup about out of stock items and replacement items, thought it was very considerate. Usually they just pick whatever for replacement.

I want to recommend a young man named "Raymond" at the xxxxxx Giant Food grocery. He is respectful, uses a professional voice & uses his voice eferytime i speak our family at the cashier. He is respected & kind. I speak with a special educational conversation & takes his tiime to listen of me. I appreciate him with thankful. This is
why I shop at #Giants.

Great place other than the ball head man or woman with grey or green pants who's always looking for attention at self checkout doing too much . I haven't seen him or her lately, was going to talk to the manager about him or her. Cannot tell if it's a He or she. Everyone else thumbs 👍.

I have a great love for Giant Food store. That store is clean and nice people work there. Giant Food store is my number one place to shop for food. I like the Giant in the Temple Hill, MD area where I use to live.

The people here are very welcoming. If you need any help there is always someone close by. The more you come the more you become part of there family as well. They know you by name and are always going above and beyond to make sure your visit is everything it can be. Very clean and we'll stocked. Out of all the Giants I've been to this one takes the cake. 😁

Giant Crain Highway, this location has a mixed of your everyday personal needs and groceries. The staff is always courteous and helpful.

I fell back in love with Giant Food store after several trips there the service has been consistently phenomenal. The seafood and deli consumer service were spot on each time. I glad to have this store as a option right in my neighborhood.

The store has went thru some major overhaul. Products aren't old anymore. I have to commend Upper management for bringing in people like Mr. Logan, "Team Lead". His attitude and customer service skills male it worth going out of my way to travel to this Giant store.

This location was well stocked and very clean. Every employee that I encountered with was very pleasant. Ample parking. I recently relocated and this will be my Giant store.

Visited their pharmacy today. Didn't have to wait, prescription was ready, and the technician was super polite and helpful. Had a small hiccup using the GoodRX app, but he took care of the issue, and I was on my way in no time.

I visited this morning and had Juanita for cashier. She is very helpful and goes above and beyond to make the experience pleasent! Thank you Juanita.

I can always find what I need at this location. The workers are always friendly. The store is very well organized. This is definitely my go to store for seafood.

There was a very nice young man working the parking lot area tonight and he offered to help me load my groceries and return my cart despite me declining. It was freezing cold but he had a pleasent attitude.

Have never had any issues at this location, it's very convenient to the upper Marlboro area, the staff is always very polite and kinda the shelves are always stocked. This is my go to local super market
