I have spent 3 years looking for the perfect living room furniture. Within minutes of walking into Macy's Furniture, I heard my daughter exclaim, "There is your couch." I turned around and fell in love.

The saleman we were working with, Charlie, was absolutely amazing. He answered all of my questions and quickly brought out a measuring tape. All without any push to purchase. His personality, professionalism, and knowledge were extremely refreshing.

I've had my Made in the U.S.A. sofas for over a month, they are firm AND so soft, I don't know how to explain it. You don't sink, yet at the same time, the cushions are super soft with lots of give. The comfort and quality are what we're all dreaming of.

I worked with Steven and placed an order for a custom Radley section sofa. The ability to choose fabrics is the best part. I read online that the Radley line is good. Anything better would be a lovesense, room and board, and crate and barrel. But those are at least 3k.

Steve is the best! He was a huge help getting us everything we needed for our new house and scheduled for delivery! Everyone is super nice over here and its a great shopping experience

Bought the most comfortable bed ever, was on sale at a great price, $1,999 &the tilt up bottom too.... The sales lady was not only 6+ feet tall and stunningly beautiful but was very patient with us going from bed to bed, and a great help. I think we were in and out of Macy's in less than an hour. Bed delivered and set up too by Macy's within a couple of days. Great transaction and great sales person who followed up with a thank you card!!! Class act!! I have always been impressed with the customer service here at the Richland Macy's.

Awesome service as we walked through what we needed for our new home. Our expectations of color schemes and prices. Charley Camp was awesome to work with && even directed us online to additional bed frames as we walked around. Super excited to map out what we will be purchasing for our new home

Nice place, clean and well kept, the salesman Paul Driver, i put his name because he was great, he let me know about sales, delivery, customization and most importantly, to me anyway, he let brouse without following me around. Prices are a little high but as far as my experience it was great

Wondering if clients only write when something is bad. I have never found Macy's to be negligent in service either with the furniture or sales staff..there are not many good furniture stores to purchase from in this area..so be grateful they are here!
