Rude employees

One of their sunday drivers hit my car in my driveway, threw my mail and fled the scene. The post office came to my property and did their "investigation" then refused to do anything else after that. They ghosted me and did not cover anything and most certainly Didnt return my calls.

Lived with this post office for 17 yr.--7 of those yrs with a business that shipped products daily. Their rudeness with general ineptness is a testament to fact that their union is able to force the post office to keep worthless employees. In the civilian marketplace, these people would have been fired.
For 2 months I purposely tried to get the guy with the bad hair cut to smile. EVERYDAY. It was as if he was on a daily mission to be a jerk. And not just with me. I watched this daily attitude to others in line.
On 5 occasions I've had to speak with the postmaster about delivery problems. Each time there was a different postmaster. And the last one was leaving in the next week, she said she couldn't wait to get out of there.
Finally discovered that the post office at Port Republic was a joy to do business with. So even though it was in the wrong direction and an extra 10 minute drive, I went there with my online business mailings.
I'm sorry if you live in this town. Go to Port Republic and smile. They will smile back and talk to you as if you're their neighbor—not a nuisance.

I was on duty (military duty) and didn't have time to resize the engagement ring because the time I go to work, the post office not open yet, but when I am home, it's closed. So I asked my wife to send a diamond ring to the manufacture for resizing. Because it was the first time she sent, I had told her that gave the picture to them and they know what to sent (which specify that send it by using registered mail with insurance). My wife told the registered that she want to send this "DIAMOND RING" to resize to this address using this service (and show the picture). It was ended up that the ring was sent using regular mail with no insurance and it's lost. I have contacted customer affair and was told that it was actually never left Prince Frederick Post office since then. There is no information that where the ring is. Contact to the post master about the problem and never get a response back. I call them couple days later and was told that they already gave it to third party and they will contact me whenever they need. It's been 3 weeks and not even get a call from any body about my case.

For some reason everyone I've tried to talk to here about getting a passport is very nasty and has an attitude. No one is helpful. They made me go find out information about a passport myself and then when I told them what I figured out they were like "nope you're wrong." Why don't you do your job then instead of having me do it and then being extremely rude.

The postal worker assigned to my route delivered my box to my side door. According to Amazon they said it was delivered to front porch. This isn’t necessarily an issue except the side door is not covered, snow was on the grown, and they placed it on yellow snow!

Was just told by the clerk when I asked how soon will it get there, “if you weren’t running you mouth you woulda heard!”…. No service, just lip from the clerk with bat 🦇 tattoos on his arm!

Packages are shipped to this address (business) almost daily but somehow the packages end up somewhere else and show up here a day or two late. Then you call and its an hour + hold time. Hopefully the government will just shut all the U.S.P.S. down in the near future!

I live in Port Republic but my package was delivered to Prince Frederick instead, mistake was made at the plant. Port Republic PO told me to call PF PO to see if they could pull my package. When I did I was told that they wouldn’t look for my package. The distance between post offices is 3.9 miles, so much for customer service!

Driver in college station drives extremely fast. Post Master Keisha and her boss, John Horn, refuse to do anything about it.

Unfortunately they would not let me send a package out and closed early. Went to UPS instead.

Some nice and some very rude people at the counter.
