First of all let me tell you guys something about this dealer. I walked in not really knowing if I would be able to leave in anything I wanted and sure enough these guys rocked my world. They gave me such a great discount that I couldn’t refuse at all. I am very impressed with the help I got and definitely expecting to come back when I am ready for my next vehicle. From the bottom of my heart thank you Harding motor company. If I could do a higher star review I definitely would!!!

Such an easy and great experience with Darren and Harding Motor Co. They had the perfect car in our price range that checked all of our boxes. We live in Seattle so had to make the trek to Kennewick, which ended up being totally worth it. We were able to do most of the paperwork etc via email beforehand which made the whole process feel like a breeze. Most importantly we absolutely love the car...pristine/well taken care of...I would totally trust Harding.

I had a good experience dealing with people at Harding Motor Company, especially Darren. There was no rush, no push, no unnecessary talk. Darren communicates well, and ready to help with finance route which went well my way. I was so happy to take the vehicle home on a nice day after the long winter.

My husband and I have been looking for a new 4D and have gone to a lot of dealerships around the area. I hate the pressure of car dealerships sooo much. I can confirm this place absolutely has none of that pressure & pushy feel that I felt at many other places. We had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Harding Motors, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment we walked in, Darren Koehler was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He not only is very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles, he also took the time to understand our needs and budget, and went above and beyond getting us into the perfect car. Harding does not sell any rebuilt or salvaged title vehicles, which is definitely something we were looking for. We both would recommend this place to anyone, and definitely will come back in the future.

I recently purchased from Harding Motor company. They don't pressure you to make any quick decisions. Darren Koehler made it a straight forward experience. I would fincance a vehicle from them again.

In February of 2021 I traded in my truck in on a 2006 GMC Sierra SLE Crew Cab 4x4 and everything but the remote start and drivers door speaker worked. (Which I replaced the deck and speakers with a much nicer set up so it didn't matter.) The remote start just needed reprogrammed which just took a few moments and cost nothing. I don't feel like it was a smoking hot deal but it wasn't bad either. The truck was on the high end of blue book but they did give me high trade in on mine so I was satisfied with the transaction. Besides where I live (about 2.5 hours away, one way) it would have sold for much more, which is why I drove all the way out there. I have had the truck for 10 months now and I absolutely love it. It needed almost nothing and what it did, I was able to pick up for very cheap. As with any used vehicle, they're going to need something and one would be fooling themselves if they think otherwise. I assume that, with any vehicle I purchased, that all servicing has been neglected and will be doing it all myself just for peace of mind.
After reading some of the more negative reviews on here I feel impressed to add the following. I know what it's like to sit on the other side of the desk. The sales staff doesn't have a crystal ball and they may not be aware of every single defect of every vehicle on their lot or every future brake down to soon arise. Buying a used vehicle is as much a gamble for the dealer as it is the buyer from their lot sometimes. I have sold a few vehicles that I thought would have been trouble free for many miles and years to come, that have broken down the following day. Unless you're buying certified, which you're going to pay top dollar for to cover the dealers servicing charges, expect some expenses on your end. If you're pretty handy with a wrench, that helps.

Drove by Harding Motors on my way to work and noticed they had a truck I’ve been searching for, I went in and spoke to Darren (sales rep) and he greeting me and showed me the truck. He explained the ins and outs of the truck so that I was informed and was sure it was the right truck for me. I fell in love with the way the truck drove so we started the financing process. I didn’t feel hurried or forced to purchase, the whole experience was wonderful, months before I sold them a Cadillac Ctsv i had and no longer used. They gave me top dollar compared to dealerships around town. The owner of the place is also very friendly and helpful, he was even able to knock down on the price to help us out. I look forward to doing further business with Harding.

When shopping far a new vehicle. Harding motors is definitely to consider. From the sale to the point we took the vehicle home, Darren took excellent care of me and my fiance. Just bought a Nissan Quashqai. Craig is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The car has been serviced prior to purchasing and is in great condition. Went to look at a truck I saw online, and ended up buying because I didn't feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. Andy was awesome to work with because we negotiated a deal where he would replace some items on the truck - even though it was already priced well below Blue Book and NADA values. He completely followed through on every promise! I was definitely hesitant to believe a car salesman's promises, but he was straightforward, honest, and did what he said he would do. I do not like buying vehicles from dealers, but I would definitely buy another vehicle from him. I've had a few questions about various things since I purchased the truck, and he answers the phone every time - never trying to avoid me or not take my calls. He did what a dealer is supposed to do.....work with a customer and make a deal. We negotiated a deal that benefited both parties, and I could not be happier with my "new" F-350!

I live in Nashville, Tennessee and recently purchased a pre-owned Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for my son who lives in Coeur d'Alene. Andy made the entire process work seamlessly, delivered the Jeep to a convenient place, and made sure my son had all the right paperwork to register the vehicle in Idaho even though we purchased it in Washington. Very honest personal! Quick to answer questions and very informative! No pushy salesmen here, their ultimate goal is the make sure the customer is happy. I highly recommend stopping by and purchasing a vehicle from them!

Great dealership to work with. This is one of those businesses where you will meet and probably deal with the owner and there is no one better to deal with in business than the owner. Andy was extremely knowledgeable and was quick to answer questions I had in order to finalize the transaction.
