I slept so good! The rooms are great! Safe place outside. Breakfast was good! Let's see what else.. Loved the cold ac that's for sure ...Thank you to Kiara she was so patient and so sweet. She welcomed us w her beautiful smile.. And another thank you to Delilah she had all the breakfast ready and she was also so sweet..Thank you Comfort Inn. We shall be back.~CALIFORNIA

We are traveling through the area and our car broke down, I believe Caitlin is the wonderful woman at the front desk that helped us get into a room even though it's a very busy weekend for sports in the area. She was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled great! Thanks so much Caitlin hope I got your name right you helped me at noon on Friday 9/23. You deserve a raise!

We stayed here for several nights and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. They had a two King room with a pullout couch that was roomy and easily slept my family of six. The breakfast was great. We placed our order the evening before and the front desk had everything packed up and ready for us in the morning. Once COVID subsides the breakfast nook looks like it has a great offering. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was exceptional in all areas. The staff was professional and friendly, they took the COVID precautions seriously and still managed to provide superior service. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean. You had to order your breakfast the night before so they could have it ready for you the next morning. You were able to either eat in your room or eat in the breakfast area. We thoroughly enjoyed this facility and highly recommend it to any travelers.

Outstanding Comfort Inn location. Always clean and well maintained. This location has done a great job updating the property with nice amenities but still maintains better than average room rates. The staff is amazing - always helpful and attentive. Breakfast here is actually really good. I stay in Choice Hotels all over the country and this location is one of the better ones, by far. I will not stay anywhere else in Kennewick.

Great staff and clean simple rooms. Breakfast was hot and the pool was warm. Much better than the place called sleep inn Pasco we originally booked. You can tell they care here

I have stayed at this Comfort Inn over the past two years. I never get a reservation and they always accommodate me. The rooms are clean, everyone is friendly, and I totally enjoy my stay. I would not go any other place because I am happy with them!

My wife and 2 sons stayed here for 3 nights. We had a great visit.
Everything was clean, the staff was exceptional and very accommodating.

This location is next to a mall, has easy access to all the major streets, is near the river/park, has plenty of restaurants nearby, and is tucked perfectly just far enough back to be a safe location. (Just watch out for an occasional Semi-Truck going down the hill)

Our second night, we had to get our door cards redone because they had only set them for 1 day, but the lead fixed it and showed the others how to set them for multiple days.

When we showed up, we asked for 2 rooms next to each other, or across. They gave us 2 rooms on the 1st floor with an adjoining door inside the rooms. Perfect!

You have to reserve a 45 minute spot for the pool area. Covid protocol, understandable. We did enjoy the indoor pool and the hot tub, although with so few using it less constantly because of covid rules, the hot tub was a little too HOT. It states a maximum of 104 degrees, and it felt like it.

You have to fill out a breakfast sheet and turn it in the night before to get breakfast in the morning. We got breakfast all 3 mornings we were there, no issues.

We definitely recomend this hotel, and will be back on our next visit.

PS, the road going up the hill, Google doesnt use at first, but goes to the parking lot by the KFC, and makes a good back entrance.

From the time I made the reservations to the time we left the staff was helpful, friendly and professional! The price was great, we requested to have a roo.m near friends we were traveling with and it was accommodated. They have breakfast every morning and it's great! Clean, comfortable and very close to everything to to see and restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Breakfast was amazing, staff was extremely friendly especially Harmony and Rachel! I flooded my bathtub and front desk rushed up to help with the mess. Never complained and even upgraded me to the premium king. I will definitely be coming back and booking for my cousin's Bar Mitzvah! Thanks again Kennewick Comfort Inn!

My stay at the Comfort Inn was paid for by the company I work for, so I cannot comment on the affordability of this venue.

Its rooms are quite large and comfortable, although the bed is a little harder than I'd like. They have free wifi and breakfast, coin laundry (washing machine and dryer cost $1.00 separately, detergent and fabric softeners are also available for sale), and an indoor swimming pool/hot tub.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location as there are many restaurant and retail stores nearby, which makes it very easy to find and purchase whatever you need.

Great hotel with free HOT breakfast! July 2017: We checked in at 11 pm without reservations on a weeknight and got a queen/queen. The room was immaculate and in excellent condition. No noise from neighbors (though keep in mind it was late). Excellent free unsecured WIFI. Comfortable beds on the firm side, good for sleeping two adults. Four pillows per bed. No bug bites in the morning (better than I can say for the other two places we stayed on that trip). No idea why people say the rooms are small; we had so much room between the two queens (more than average) that we could barely reach the shared nightstand! AC and heat worked well. Good TV and fridge (didn't try microwave but it was clean). The soda and snack machine served as our emergency dinner of beef jerky, chips, and cookies (was too tired to see what restaurants were close by). Free hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, two waffle machines, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, cereals, muffins, juices, and coffee. This two-story has an elevator, but it was out of order when we were there. Staff was super nice. No security deposit when paying with a credit card (I believe she said it was $150 when paying with cash). It's right between a Quality Inn and Fairfield, so we were able to check rates and availability for three hotels in one spot without driving around (FYI, Quality Inn was similar price and appearance, Fairfield was more expensive but looked nicer). I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Comfort Inn Kennewick

Good location, parking seemed adequate. Room (230) clean, as expected. Front desk staff were helpful and nice. Internet was pretty good. The internet at the Quality Inn next door must have been even better - every time I opened my computer, the Quality Inn log in page came up.

Cons: Elevator “under construction”, finish date uncertain. Hot water hot enough but not piping hot.

This is an older property. Nothing wrong with that, but there are compromises. The desk chair in my room was on its last legs.

The motel might be slightly hard to find without a GPS.

Internet 5/5. Value 5/5. Overall 5/5.

Staff was incredibly nice and the room was VERY clean. I couldn't have been happier. Even the bed was very comfortable!!

Very clean, has a pool and hot tub. Very nice staff person. Knew a lot about area and suggested where to go and not go for dinner. I Love to stay at COMFORT INNS!

Was in town for a funeral. The room was nice and the shower was great.

The girl working Friday night July 9 th 2021 was totally awesome, she was very very helpful, asked about food delivery and she told me about DoorDash, she constantly was asking if I needed towels and stuff, she was very helpful at check in. I just wish I could remember her name so she gets what she deserves, if I could give 15 stars I would, thanks for your hospitality

Very friendly, accommodating check-in by Jessica, clean, comfortable room. Everything couldn't have been better. The safe in the room was nice.

Nice room, employees at front desk were very nice. There isn't much to do around the area, but we were just passing through so that wasn't an issue.
