Mid-Columbia Dental

I had a terrific experience with Mid-Columbia Dental. From start to finish, the time was professionally managed, the environment was friendly and calm, and the staff was attentive to my care. After a very thorough exam, they made recommendations for repairing some neglected areas and we agreed on a treatment plan. I’m very happy with the service. :-)

I am not one to enjoy the dentist like many others but the service and care I experienced here was more than I could ask for!! They made me feel comfortable and gave me time to process my plan!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for compassion and care and the plans are way out of this world amazing!!

The office itself was clean, modern, and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. The waiting area was comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like magazines and a refreshment station.

During my appointment, the dental hygienist was incredibly thorough and gentle, taking the time to explain each step of the process and answer any questions I had. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning, and I left feeling like my teeth had never been cleaner.

Jessica did my cleaning today, she is literally so amazing and kind. I was so nervous coming into the visit and Jessica made it 100 times better I felt like I was talking to a friend. Her customer service is 20/10!!!

They got me in day of within less than an hours notice and were nothing but kind, and considerate and worked with me for my needs. Offered lots of options. Helped me pick the plan best for my situation. Highly recommend this wonderful office! The customer service from the Doctors to the assistants to the office staff have been nothing short of amazing. You don’t often hear about looking forward to going to the Dentist’s, but I will from now on with this group. Can’t thank them enough!

We went in for an emergency appointment for my 4 year old who was in a lot of pain. They found out that she has an absess from hitting her tooth during a fall. Everyone We interacted with was very kind and patient with my daughter. I know that they probably don't have very many super young patients but they did a fantastic job keeping her calm. The dentist felt it would be best for my daughter to be seen by a pediatric dentist to pull the tooth. They found someone right away who was able to get her in the same day and her extraction for the tooth is set in the next few days. Thank you for being so kind to us. We really appreciate it.

I have received care from this dental office for 3 years. The receptionist are friendly and check in is easy. They always find every avenue to have the least out of pocket cost. The dental techs and dentists explain everything and are mindful of patient comfort.
Yesterday my dad who moved in with me, but was not an established patient developed a dental infection. Despite not being an established patient he was given a next day appointment. My dad who is 92 years old needed a more complex procedure, they secured a same day appointment with an endodontist. AMAZING.

I went in for the first time to get a chipped tooth repaired. I ended up not only getting my tooth repaired but a crown on the one next to it as well. I was impressed with the availability and option to also get the tooth that needed a crown taken care as well. All of the staff was amazing. And the payment options really helped make all of this affordable. I definitely found my new dentist.

Hi, Lori H HERE TO SAY THE STAFF IN THE FRONT OFFICE WERE VERY HELPFUL, great to work with . My Hygienist was friendly, yet also spot on professional. I didn’t need numbing jell. No pain! My teeth feel great! The Dentist was very through checking my teeth. We are new patients from out of the area. He spotted the same things my other Dentist has been watching. It was time to get them fixed. They got me in the next day! No, pain. 🥰

They were phenomenal. As someone who struggles with anxiety— I was so worried when my crown came off in the middle of the night. They’d done such a great job helping my husband I hoped perhaps it’d be a similar experience. And it was. I felt safe there. They were all in such good spirits. I am so appreciative to their help. There was no judgment just “how can we help?” And I’ve never had that in a dental experience before. I can actually afford to fix my teeth there…and it’s done by people who care and do their job well. If you’re looking to for a dental office I’d truly suggest this one.

Amazing experience! Kassia was wonderful and very patient with every question and concern I had. She did a great job with my teeth cleaning! The Dr. explained my treatment very thoroughly and gave me some great, affordable options to treat my teeth! Very happy with the service here!

Everything is always explained in a way I can understand that makes sense, they are very deligent on getting as much covered by insurance as possible and thorough on estimated costs so there isn't any surprises, I've had some bad experiences with other dental offices and have extreme anxiety at dentist appointments now but the office staff from the front receptionist to the back employees make me feel at ease, and not pressured to make a decision right at that moment on a treatment plan or feel bad if I don't proceed with what is suggested, they help any way they can and offer more than one option. I highly recommend this office if your wanting excellent care provided from billing to your dental care.

This place is absolutely amazing and they were able to get me in right away for my dental emergency. Even though, they could not perform the work there, they were able to get me a referral to a specialist that very same day. Very friendly staff and absolutely amazing service!!!

I had an excellent experience. The dental hygienist Cassie was very personable and professional. We had a great conversation that made the time fly. I normally avoid dentists but look forward to my next visit.

After moving to the area, and not liking my current dentist in the Tri-Cities i found Mid-Columbia on google. The reviews were very appealing, and i immediately called to schedule. From scheduling, appointment, and dealing with insurance issues, i have had the most amazing care at this office. Nicole helped me figure out insurance benefits, and was so kinda and helpful. She never made me feel like i was an inconvenience for not understanding how EOBs work, and what documentation i needed for my HRA card. She truly made the whole process successful and easy. My husband and I are so happy with this office, and have nothing but positives to share. You'll be very happy here!

My experience was a positive one.
The staff were friendly and welcoming and they made me feel comfortable. Here they don’t just care for your teeth, but they also educate you and communicate with you every step of the way.

I use to resent going to the dentist but these people made me feel so much better about going. I had 5 teeth pulled and 2 root canals and I feel freaking great! I am so happy I found this place, definitely going in for my check up in 4 months

This place is super clean and nice. Very updated technology. A lot of times I may need a urgent appointment and I’m squeezed in very soon. The staff super polite and personable. They make sure to go over your Responsible portion of the visit before you go in to know a real close estimate of what you may have to pay. I also had a bone splint issue that came thru my gums and I don’t wish to speak ill but I had to come back a second time for the same issue that could have been resolved when I was in so much pain. But the way they handled it was super professional and I was happy with the outcome. They also took care of my husband! He’s a nervous reck for any doctors but my dentist and team made him feel comfortable and the appointment went well! I highly recommend this place for families.

Very friendly staff and they take the time to answer questions and help with any concerns. Clean, welcoming office. Best part is the mission statement hung in the lobby. You don't see many mission statements these days, it is sort of comforting.

Super super great. Doctors and everyone was super nice and were quick to react to any discomfort or pain I had. Best experience I've ever had at a dentist. Kassia is extremely nice and super great to have taking care of you.
