Brian showed us around the store and helped us pick out a really great couch that perfectly matched our decor. He helped us understand the delivery process and got us in and out with our new couch purchased in under 30 minutes. There was no pressure and we felt right at home. We hadn’t heard of Havertys before we stopped in and we’ll definitely be back! We can’t wait for our couch to be delivered!

They have a large selection to choose from and it includes all price merchandise. We were made to feel very welcome and without pressure. You can tell this is high quality furniture.

Guy is the sales representative that’s currently assisting us with our purchase and he is simply wonderful. He has the patience of a saint. Oh and Havertys has the best quality furniture. Definitely ten steps above the rest. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our sales girl, Jessica, was excellent. Very chill no pressure, yet attentive, informative and very knowledgeable about the products. She patiently answered all the questions that we had. And believe me, we had a lot! She was there to help us when we needed her, but knew when to give us space so we could figure things out and talk privately. We can’t say enough good things about her. Plus she’s a fisher person. What’s not to like about that!! ❤

We could not be any happier with our sales rep Brandia! She went above and beyond to make sure we ended up with exactly what we wanted. She was never pushy and has the utmost patience! She is just a great person. It felt like we were working with a friend the entire time. We returned the rug we purchased with no questions asked and they also replaced one dresser that was slightly damaged. Great company. When we are ready to purchase more furniture in the future, we will be making the trip to see Brandia again for certain!

We stopped by the Chesterfield store to look for dinning room chairs. The salesperson, Brian, was very helpful showing us the various options to match our needs. This store has better quality furniture and selections at medium price points. Brian pointed out the matching kitchen island chairs to the table chairs. We were able to get a great price by getting the complete set. No pressure sales, just information and explanation to our questions. They set up free delivery for the day we gave them, hassle free.

We had our first visit to Havertys' Chesterfield today and absolutely loved it. The collections are of high quality and reasonably priced. Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and gave great suggestions. We'd recommend this store to anyone we know shopping for furniture. Will definitely be back.

They have been great to work with, very responsive, their sales staff, customer service and delivery people are considerate and courteous, and very helpful. This is a store that cares!!! We shopped around many furniture stores and they are the most helpful and not pushy at all. Also their prices are great. We will buy more from them.

We purchased an entire family room set from the store in Chesterfield. Guy was our salesman, he was great. Very friendly but not pushy - just enough help. We also used their in house design person and she was equally as helpful! I love my new furniture but this is where they made me a return customer...We had a few issues upon delivery (wrong pillows delivered, etc.) WOW, customer service is AMAZING! Their constant communication and willingness to work with us was like nothing I have ever seen. Weekly email and phone calls with update. Emails that always had links that would give an additional update, or you could upload a picture of your issue or a phone number to the actual person who is helping you. We will definitely be back to buy from Guy and Haverty's!

I have purchased multiple pieces of furniture from Havertys. We live over 1.5 hrs away. I will happily drive to Chesterfield everytime. Francis was our salesman. He made sure to give us the time and patience for our purchases. We have come back time and time again. Havertys makes sure to meet all of our needs. Delivery was on time and simple. They made sure to check each piece of furniture for any issue, if I questioned anything they were happy to accommodate. The quality of the furniture on arrival from delivery was perfect. Also, if I was unhappy with something they have a amazing policy to take care of the customer...within reason. Just an outstanding experience. The customer is first at Havertys.

After shopping multiple furniture stores in STL, ended up purchasing at Havertys, due to great selection, fair prices and no pressure sales techniques. Highly recommend, Havertys will be our first stop next time we're looking for some more new furniture.

Jimmy has been an amazing associate. In the past months I’ve made three different purchases from Haverty’s, and Jimmy has helped every time. He listens to me, and then comes back with great suggestions (without the high pressure). Oh, and I cannot forget the quality products and top notch delivery crew. Haverty’s and Jimmy will be on my list of places to check for my furniture needs.

Renee was our saleslady, and she was very accommodating and helpful. My husband and I were totally unfamiliar with Havertys, but my sister and her husband recognized the name. We're looking forward to delivery of our furniture.

Also, must give acknowledgment to Guy, a salesman who first greeted us and said to let him know if we needed help. Perhaps he got busy, and Renee ended up assisting us.

We had a great experience at Havertys. The store was recommended to us from and interior design person. Brian was great and helped us find exactly what we were looking for at a great price! Head in and shop the sale! We saved a lot of money!!

Really nice selection while others seem to have empty showrooms. Sales associate didn’t follow us around & hover but was very friendly & helpful when we were ready to ask questions. The interactive design assistance was super helpful to confirm size of furniture & space to fill. We’ll be back for sure and recommend!

Brandia, Malick, and Jean were amazing! Malick helped us move pieces around to see them next to each other and the ladies walked us around to help pick out pieces and put together a presentation to help us curate our own set. They helped us find unique pieces and worked within our budget to make us feel great about our purchase.

We recently purchased a new bed. Rebecca was amazing! We appreciate her knowledge. She really helped us get what we needed. Very happy with our purchase. She even followed up 4 days after delivery. The delivery gentlemen were very professional and helpful as well. Thank you!

We are so thrilled with my Ava set, it worked out perfectly and matches the colors in our room. Love the oatmeal color, it is a nice neutral blend and definitely not yellow as I was worried about. I can’t thank Rebecca and Jean enough for all of their patience, understanding, and design help as we got to the best set for our house. It was a long decision making process and many visits but every one that helped us from the store was great! Wishing all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
