I needed something to tie down some stuff in the bed of my truck. I looked and saw outside the loading area door a spool of twine and a utility knife to cut it with. There were also plastic red flags available. Free of charge. Thank you very much.

This location makes online ordering and pick up a breeze for our electrical apprentice school. The staff is always eager to help and no request is too much. We are proud to be Pro Members that this location.

My home lost power for 26 hours and as I was scrambling to find a power solution, they arranged to charge the ryobi batteries as soon as I placed the online order so they would be ready when I arrived for pickup. It was an unexpected level of human care to a fairly unusual request, and it really helped my family during a hectic time. Thank you so much!

This home depot is fantastic. The employees here are great. They actually talk to you and not at you. They are so friendly and helpful. Never been in a big chain store that treated you so well. I'm 45 minutes from my nearest home depot but I will drive that far just because of the service and quality of products they have.

Really liked this location, it's pretty much like any other home Depot you would go to. We did go in looking for some rugs and the gentleman that was back there helped us out a lot. My son was jumping and climbing all over everything and he was very patient with us and I really appreciate him.

They had what I needed. The staff was awesome. Other stores should take lessons.

We bought a second Hampton Bay ceiling fan because we liked the first so much. But the second one had a set screw on the downrod ball that was impossible to loosen and became stripped. I took it down to the store and Curtis & Kam could not get it loose either, so they let us open a box to remove the same part, rather than go home and bring everything in when we were already mid project. Amazingly, the next box new part had the same problem, which we all caught in the store. So we opened a second new box. Curtis was just barely able to get the set screw loose, but he did! They sent us on our merry way, quite pleased that we wouldn’t need to deal with a half assembled fan, a return, etc. Kam and Chris really had a customer first approach, wanting to make it easy for me! I greatly appreciate their help!

Had a great experience with Will in plumbing. Super friendly and helpful guy. It's service like his that keeps me driving past (b)Lowes to make Home Depot my first stop.

Mike in the paint department was hands down the most knowledgeable worker. We had a paint issue and he resolved it immediately. He went over and above to make sure we were happy. Home Depot you need more employees like Mike!!!

I needed an oddball part that I didn't think Home Depot or anyone else would have. Short of that, I needed some creativity to get what should have been a simple job done. I found that creativity and a lot more in Tom Noerper at the Chesterfield location. Great guy! He was friendly and helpful, understands customer service and is thorough. He came up with an idea that involved drilling through two bolts, cutting two pipes, drilling four holes, and proper measuring of things so these tasks were performed correctly. I needed to get two nuts and two bolts. I found a five pack. All the while, Tom was friendly and we shared a few stories. He put a half hour in and it was nearly closing time. He would not accept any gratuity and the total cost for all this (which was simply for a five pack of nuts and bolts) was $1.29 including tax. To find this level of customer service in terms of knowledge, friendliness, motivation, and overall pleasantness, not to mention creativity, is a rare thing these days. I take my hat off to Tom and offer my sincere thanks. I won't forget what he did for us this evening.

We went to the kids craft event today with our grandkids. We had a great time! The craft was well organized with good, clear instructions. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The work area was kept clean and safe. A good event for learning and practicing basic building skills.

My experience was excellent they have professional customer service which is a great thing they're willing to go above and beyond to make sure that they find what you're looking for or help you the best way possible and that's just over the phone when I got there it was very warm and welcoming everybody was more than willing to help me find what I needed to go out of the way in other departments that they wouldn't in they were warm and welcoming smiles get professional and they even helped me find the necessary information to do the guaranteed price match all in all I give him a 10 out of 10 great place and I would definitely be going back I wish all hardware stores we like this one
