Bob is the goat. Dude is always down to help and has the max amount of knowledge about everything. Very intelligent human being. He deserves everything great towards his way. Great human. Great tips. Great worker. 4 customers waiting to ask a question and a coworker telling him they needed assistance up front on the walkie-talkie And still took his time to give us a very helpful answer. He needs to make well over 6 figures if he is not. He puts this Lowe’s on his back. Have plenty encounters with Bob and he’s great

Patricia in lawn and garden went above and beyond to tell me how to care for my plant I bought. I would have been clueless. I appreciated the extra time she volunteered to share her knowledge!! The little things matter. My last two visits to this Lowe's have been Excellent!!!

I don't usually leave reviews, but my experience was so unusual. By far the most help I’ve ever received at a home improvement store. My husband and I were greeted by several friendly employees, and at least five people offered to help us while we shopped.

There’s a sweet team member in the paint section named April. Hands down best customer service I’ve had at a Lowes. She was well educated, helpful, and so kind. Appreciated her help more than she knows (coming from a gal that doesn’t know anything about home improvement) Thanks April!

We lost power from a storm. The electric company said it maybe days before power would be restored. When I got online at 2:30am to purchase the generator I thought the Chesterfield Lowe’s was opening at 7am. When I showed up an hour early the store manager said he would grab the generator for me instead of making me wait till they open. Even helped me load it up in my van. Thank you so very much for the great customer service!! The employees name is Sam.

We use Lowes for a lot of our materials. They come to our office 3 times a week with product. Steve Bingham and Marc Marcellan our amazing and go above and beyond for customer service!!!

Great place for all your household repairs, upgrades, etc. I have used Lowe's for everything from new carpet/linoleum to a new washer/dryer to all my painting needs for the house. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and available to help. This location is my go to in the St Louis area.

Lowes always had had what I need. It could be something standard light a light bulb or it could be something special like a metric nut. The site is always clean and bright! There lumber is usually pretty decent too. While shopping, I always get stopped at least once by an employee to make sure I am finding what I am looking for. If I can't find it, they are willing to help me locate what I am looking for.!

Extremely helpful and courteous staff from the moment you walk through the doors. I love their indoor and outdoor plant selections!

Last night we went to look for Christmas decorations. 2 minutes after arriving there was a tornado warning issued with a tornado on the ground not far from the store . The staff acted promptly and in an orderly manner. All of the team members made my family and everyone feel welcome and safe. Most of them actually sat with us in the lunchroom and talked with us.
Everyone was kind, a few who went above and beyond! One lady even gave the kids candy canes to help them feel comfortable.
Thank you so very much to the evening crew of Chesterfield Mo. Lowe's on December 10th 2021, for being there and giving us a safe Haven. WE APPRECIATE YOU!!

I want to give special thanks for both Sean who works at the flooring department, and Donna who works at Pros. I have a project to remodel some place and I have a list of products to order more than 30 and Sean did help to order my products. It took more than 5hours and he was really really professional to help me, and he found alternatives for some products were not able to order. He is absolutely amazing to save my time. It would take more than a day if I did not meet him. He was really patient whenever I tried to add some more products and helped me to check item numbers with me in person not only the flooring materials but also all other materials when it did not work. I could have very good discount rate from him as well. I would suggest people who need help to order for their full lists finding Sean!!
Donna helped me to pay at pros. She was also amazing to help me to pay with different payment methods. I know some people are not patient to pay with multiple credit cards or checks. However, she was very professional and patient to wait for payments in different cards. She explained what discount was applied to my order very kindly and detailed.
It was very very pleasant experience to shop at Lowe's at Memorial day 2019. Thank you Sean, and Donna.

Big box home improvement stores are pretty much all the same. This Lowe's was no different except for the customer service. It was excellent! Every employee greeted me and asked if I was doing ok or if I needed help. I didn't even have to ask for assistance loading the truck, an employee volunteered!

Paul from the painting sector is an expert and really helped me find what I needed for my project! Made the whole Lowe’s experience great!

It's not often that I bump into several people that are looking to help. So it was great when someone was able to save me $6 on a better part and point me in the direction I needed to go to get the things I needed quickly. The store is well organized and clean which during Christmas is definitely a feat. Thank you to the employees that helped me

this Lowe's store is kept clean and organized. I was having a hard time looking for the ceramic tiles, but I was approached by an employee to direct me to the right aisle. I like the fact that I was offered help instead of having to search for an employee in such a large store. When I asked for some advice a different employee was more than happy to have a discussion with me.

I’m very fortunate at this busy holiday season to get a tremendous help from Brad, who is the one completed my project! His top notch professional knowledge deserves to be the boss of this store, or to receive a raise on annual reviews. They were short handed, but Brad from the tool department covered the lumber side and provided all the information and cutting service for the complexity of my project.

I has a great experience here. Salesman, Mellis, was very helpful. He worked very hard to find the right appliance for us. Manager, Bruce, was great to work with also. He even got involved to help. Thanks for the wonderful shopping experience! This will now be my preferred Lowe's store!
