I had a great experience today with one of the employees in the toy section. It said the miniverse holiday edition was in stock but wasnt on the floor yet. He had been working hard all morning stocking and still took the time to go check if it was in the back. He had such a positive attitude and it made my day!

This was a very nice Target Store. It included a wide selection of products and goods. Store seemed to be well kept and clean. Staff that I Interacted with were friendly and courteous and helpful. Overall wonderful experience there.

The Target employee that helped me with my return this morning was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful! I am especially grateful for her kindness as it is a very busy and stressful time of year for all. To be met with a smile made my day!

Just want to say, Joe, was an excellent helper in self check out on 7/2/23. Not only was he able to cover me on the spot, as a customer, but he was so kind and professional. Its not often you see hospitality like this in most stores nowadays, but i sure wont forget his outstanding kindness. Well done Joe you made my day & i will pass it along :) aside from Joe, target was clean, calm and organized. I would recommend this target to all in the area.

Great experience always at Target. Stores are clean and full of helpful employees. Shelves are stocked and orderly. Wouldn’t shop elsewhere.

Love shopping at this store! Always find something new and they carries all the brands my family loves. This store is clean, bright, well displayed and shopping there is always fun. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The store was extremely clean and looked as if it had just been renovated. I was VERY IMPRESSED with the Disney section. It reminded me of the Disney store when my children were little. Disney stores used to be magical for children and adults! But they became very stale, the items seemed very mass produced and they just wanted to sell as many as they could-as quickly as they could. The magic and excitement was gone. You've brought it back. Congratulations!

Was in target at chesterfield and had to buy a new phone. The young gentleman there was so nice to help me get my phone set up, it is so great to have people like him, way to go

I took advantage of Target's 3day Early Black Friday sale to purchase a birthday present for a 6 year old. I accidentally placed an online order for the wrong item. When I realized it 12 hours later, I thought I'd created a huge hassle for myself. Instead, I was able to cancel the order easily online and place the correct order for pickup at a different store. It was ready in 2 hours! Not only that, but the gift card I had used to purchase the wrong gift was refunded instantly, so I was able to use it to pay for the correct order! Pickup took less than 5 minutes and the Associate was pleasant and prompt. The whole thing could have been a disaster, but it wasn't!

A bright, clean, welcoming store. Employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. By far the best Target in the metropolitan area.

One of the nicest most cleanest Targets I’ve been to. And they had a nice bid selection of the things me and my family were looking for. I don’t like that the fitting rooms weren’t open. Just like at every Target. But come on, you take the clothes home try them on and your body touches all over them and if they don’t fit you bring them back. And then what Target takes them to be cleaned lol ya right. But besides that the people in this store are very friendly and helpful. Always a good experience here.

Excellent service, well lit, clean, easy to walk through isles, so many good things. Unlike a lot of retailers out there. I really wish we could get a Target in Searcy, Arkansas! Sadly, I have to be on vacation (this time, St. Louis) to get my Target fix!! Please tell corporate…. We need one in our 72143 college town!!!

My experience of shopping at Target is always a pleasant experience because of the quality and selection of their inventory and having professional and friendly staff.

I was visiting from out of town for work and visited this Target. I used the pick up service when they bring the items to your car. Order was ready and service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend!

One of the nicest Target stores that I ever shopped at. There’s a great variety of products and it’s a small store, which makes it easy to find what you’re needing. It’s also VERY conveniently located.

I have always loved Target. You always have what I need, customer service is great and I know you pay your employees a fair wage. That is important to me. I also love the Good and Gather line and that you listened to the consumer about what they wanted

I had trouble with another retailer making this exact same purchase in the exact same fashion. I had zero trouble with Target fulfilling my needs. Also used Target somewhat recently for a similar if lesser magnitude purchase with absolutely no trouble. Not sure why I didn't immediately check with Target for this purchase in the first place.

A young lady name Jody at the front entrance/Greeter made me and my husband feel special! And the lady at Starbucks was very nice as well! Jody turned my day around tremendously..I will drive 40min just to see and talk to her because of her outstanding customer service!
