Elite Ambitions Training

I have been using EAT for different things for well over 5 years. As of recently my teenage son has been attending early morning summer workouts. He has gained in every aspect of his athletic life. He has gotten substantially stronger and faster is the short summer season. Steve & Vaalyn are not only great trainers, they absolutely love these kids and support them in & out of the gym. It is not uncommon to see them at athletic events throughout the entire school year.
If you want to lead a stronger, healthier life as an adult or you want your child to learn how to become healthier and stronger, this is the place for them.

I’ve been a client with Elite for a few years now. This is the only experience I’ve had with trainers who are knowledgeable, who consistently encourage anyone who walks through their doors to do their best no matter their fitness level - and show you how to perform or adapt to exercises correctly no matter your physical ability. Recently they’ve also started focusing more on recovery which is especially helpful for people like me - people with injuries. I especially enjoyed their 8 week adult program. I feel that I’ve made great progression in my fitness journey, and the atmosphere drives you to perform. They are my go to - and I’d recommend them to anyone looking to train - be it for sports, personal training, or just looking to change up your average gym routine.

Only go here if you want results! Steve Whitehead and his Team are very good at what they do. Two of my kids (7th & 8th graders) train with EAT, and have made significant improvements with their overall athleticism and confidence. I'll have my 6 & 8 year olds train with them soon. EAT deserves 6 stars!

My favorite people work here. As my trainer, Vaalyn knows me, my history, caters to my injuries and doesn't let me quit. And, the facility and equipment and methods they use with the youth is not like anyone else's. They take athletes and make them stars. Love you guys to death.
