Ive been going here for over four years. Jessica and her staff are always welcoming and the studio feels like a family. While the classes are great for beginners, they also do a great job at helping students advance through their practice. Highly recommended!

I really enjoy practicing at this studio! For someone who was originally turned off by another, traditional Bikram studio, I feel that the teachers are compassionate and knowledgeable and I've definitely felt comfortable here. If you're looking for vinyasa/fusion/etc. look elsewhere, but I'd recommend this to beginners to yoga who would like repetition and consistency to gain confidence and experience.

I am a Newbie at yoga but this is the perfect studio to practice. They encourage you to take your time. The instructors are awesome!

I have just passed my 2 year mark for practicing and have had no back trouble for at least a year! I'm excited to see what year 3 has in store for my body.

Great yoga studio for beginners. Because they stress going at your own pace, i felt i could practice often without ever feeling worn out. I have been going regularly for less than a year, and under their guidance, have improved posture, shoulder and hip mobility, and overall strength and flexibility.

As a 63 year old returning to fitness after surviving breast cancer, I am thrilled to take the hot yoga classes at Bikram Hot Yoga Midwest-St. Louis. The premises are clean and the staff are knowledgeable and capable of teaching persons with varying levels of skill without it being disheartening to the beginner and still effectively challenging for the more advanced participant. I also appreciate the explanations of counts, timing and breathing techniques which are helping me to maximize my experience. I am spreading the word about BHYM-StL! I know that health is wealth and I am regaining growing in my knowing how to be healthy and whole.
