Dunkin'

It was a very busy morning but everyone was working together as team. They looked like a well oiled machine. Everyone was wonderful and the service was quick and friendly.

Fast, and the line was long.

Nice staff it’s just the slowest of any Dunkin Donuts. Been there many times and always the same. Only person in the drive thru thinking it would be different. 11 minutes sitting at the window.

To be completely frank, place seems to be short staffed but they try their best. The drive thru line was long so i went inside to order. Inside is extremely clean and they have the order kiosks so i was able to place my order quickly. The employees in there seemed crazy busy and were still able to get my order out in a timely fashion.

Kudos to the sunday morning staff holding it down 🫡 my coffee was delicious and the donuts i bought were fresh and tasty. Will definitely come back.

Our Dunkin is always busy! The service is great, the staff is very friendly/efficient and the store/grounds are neat/clean. I enjoy doing the Surveys on the receipt and getting a free donut with my large drink whenever I stop in. It's a added plus to a already pleasant experience.

This particular franchise had a long line but they have figured out how to keep it moving in a reasonable manner. The staff were polite and the order taker made sure that they were providing what you wanted. This was complimented with an accurate order delivery. Definitely on the to go back to list.

I love this dunkin donuts! There is no place like this and its perfect. The staff is always nice and welcoming and the store is always clean!

Friendly crew that made my order right before close; never grumbled or complained. I told them i was going in for a 12hr shift; they gave me some snacking bacon with my donuts and wished me luck. Friendly customer service is rarer than gold nowadays; i hope society doesnt burn them out.

Never had an issue here the service is friendly and quick, the food is always on point, and our orders are usually correct.

Workers are friendly and get orders done quickly and efficiently. I recommend going inside and avoiding the drive through. The drive through is generally backed up about 5 to 8 cars at a time but 1 person or no line inside.

Mocha signature latte is good ...but could have been better

Nicest people! Thank you making our stop in Prince Frederick so pleasant. Our first visit to this area but will definitely be back. You made us feel like this could be home someday 😀

They are pretty quick with taking orders and staff is friendly.

The coffee is to die for and who doesn’t like bacon

Not a donut fan, but love this place! Not too thrilled on the coffee either, but eh. That's personal preference. My friends love the coffee and have bought their grounds in the stores. I hope that helps.

The staff was nice and professional. My order was just the way I wanted. The only flaw, was they didn't give a straw and I didn't notice until I had lefy.

Cannot beat an afternoon cocoa mocha!
