I love this place and I'm not even a tea aficionado 🤩. The owner Sandy is a lovely patient proprietor who proudly attends to every detail. She is kind to customers and her staff, making the energy in the teahouse warm and welcoming....as close to visiting auntie or girlfriend after church or a hard day as you can get.
As always, I had a gazillion questions and Sandy & staff pleasantly and thoroughly addressed each. This was my second visit and I hope my review will encourage others to enjoy a tasting which included a bottomless pot of tea, sweet and a savory dessert and finger sandwiches sampler. My sister and I managed to spend 3 very pleasant hours sampling and catching up.

The tea selections included white, black, green and herbal selections. They have a shop as well as the teahouse, for those who need to grab and go.

This is a cute & intimate tea house. A variety of sandwiches, biscuits & pastries served. They had a very nice selection of teas & the Blueberry Cobbler was my favorite.

I made a reservation for Mom's early birthday celebration. Neither of us have had afternoon tea before and I thought it would be a fun experience for both of us. Sandy and Josey were wonderful in their explanations of what our visit would consist of and the service they provided. My mom chose Starry Night Tea and I had Paris Tea, which were both flavorful. We also had whipped honey to sweeten both teas, which stretched through both pots of tea and was just the right amount of sweetness. We had Tea Service #1 and it was plenty enough for 2. Every bite was delightful, every cup comforting. We enjoyed our tea so much, we bought some to take home with us. The atmosphere was inviting and calm and the decor adorable. Thank you ladies for the memorable experience. It's true, "Tea Makes Everything Better."

Proper and fun. What a great shop! The owner, Sandy we delightful, and the food was amazing. I highly recommend for all your tea needs including a delicious ‘High Tea’ event with adults and children are welcome. We will be going here every time we are in town from now on. My daughter, 5, and her best friend and brother, 6 and 4, had Ana amazing time without making me feel nervous they were going to break everything. The table was eclectically decorated and was prepared with coloring pages for the kids (tea cups for the girls and a dinosaur for the boy). The waters for the children were served in these old style milk cups with lids to hold the straw. The choices of tea were diverse and every type of tea is specific to their region. We ordered Moroccan mint for the children and Earl Grey for us adults. Both were so good we picked some up to take home along with a toy each for the children and a couple of super soft scarves for us adults. She has limited seating (maybe enough to have a party of 16?) but does parties on the go too. If you don’t have time to sit for tea, order a scone or cake. They were the most delicate and delicious scones I had ever had. I wish I could order them to be shipped to me back home.

My friends and I came for a ten person tea party and loved every moment of it. We came in costume and the owner was so accommodating of us- she even set out extra treats and rearranged the tables so we could get photos! I hope to return in the near future for more tea time. The chicken salad croissants were my favorite!

I highly recommend you reserve a tea time, it's' outstanding! There is a different food theme each month and three teas to choose from that correspond with the menu. The food is delicious and the bottomless tea pots are even better! Don't forget to purchase your favorite teas or scone packages before you leave!

This is an adorable little tea shop. The food was wonderful and plentiful. They have a fantastic tea selection. The service was very friendly. They also have a large selection of tea related items available for purchase in the store. I will definitely return!

We stumbled upon this great little place for tea and scones…and much more, while visiting Chesapeake Beach (we walked across from the Rod and Reel Hotel). Liked it so much we went back 2 days later before our drive home. They take care of you like family. Try it. I had the Rockville Raspberry tea with honey.

My kids and I really like this place. They have yummy, unique flavors of boba tea that we get a couple times a month. We also did an afternoon tea party this past summer for my daughter’s 8th birthday- 3 adults and 4 kids (9, 8, 5, and 3). It was delightful! Definitely a small, local place worth checking out!

My daughters best friend held her birthday party here. Really cool layout. Although it was small there was plenty of room for all of the kids that attended. All the kids had there own chair and got to do fun crafts.

Went here to celebrate my aunts birthday...very cute sweet place...good was excellent...would recommend to others!!

Wow! Came here for the first time with a friend and her daughter for Halloween tea. Everything was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is beautiful as well. A great experience!

I went for mother's day tea with my mother, sister, and my 2 daughters. The tea and cakes were great! The staff was also amazing! everyone was very friendly and my family had an amazing time. My kids keep begging to go back since they had so much fun. I will definitely be returning!!

We had my daughters 8th birthday party here. The kids LOVED it. The staff were amazing and great with the kids! Food/desserts and drinks are delicious. I highly recommend having a party or just stopping in for some tea 😊

What a lovely shop! We enjoyed a tea party for my granddaughter Lucy's birthday. Delicious teas of many flavors, scones, cookies, doughnuts, finger sandwiches and yummy sweets. Beautiful gifts available also and of course all those flavorful teas. Thank you for hosting us!

I had tea there, when it first open. This was my second time visiting, and it was wonderful. The tea sandwiches were delicious, and the scones was worth the trip from Annapolis. The tea selection is great, will be back with more friends. A taste of bygone etiquette and tradition. Hint a great place to start a book club.

Have you ever held a sleeping baby after a long and stressful day? Or had your cat jump in your lap and purr like a freight train? And you just feel the stress washing away? The tension behind your ears and eyes and in your jaw relaxing.

That’s what it’s like walking into butterflies and wishes. Bags and jars of tea cover every wall in an array of playful, tasteful pastel colors. It almost felt like walking into a scene from Winnie the Poo and having him tell you about his day while finding honey for your tea.

Sandy (the owner) is sweet and motherly. You can kick me for walking into a tea shop and asking for coffee but Sandy was patient and even offered it to me on the house.

5/5 will come back here every time I have work in Chesapeake Beach.
