Yvonne Remz Physical Therapy

I am a pelvic health specialist, and Yvonne's practice is one I highly recommend! She has this incredible knack for explaining information in an easy to understand, digestible way. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a vast amount of experience, plus multiple skills in her treatment “tool box”. Personally, she was able to quickly identify and release muscle tension I was experiencing. She also went a step further, and showed me how to effectively use this technique on patients I see in my practice. As an added perk, she helped identify food sensitivities I have, which was informative and frankly, eye-opening. I feel very fortunate to have met Yvonne, as well as Sue. Sue has an incredibly warm and welcoming personality, which truly sets the tone for your visit. This practice was highly recommended to me, and rightfully so :)

I have been going to Yvonne for about 11 years now; not consecutively, but whenever I need her. She is fantastic. She puts her hands on you and heals things. I can't explain how it works, I can just tell you that it does. She gives you physical exercises to do in the office and at home, but for the most part, it is laying hands on you. She is amazing, my poor old body loves her. Give her a try just once and you'll be hooked.
