My cousin bought a Nautilus AIO from here, it had an issue with the airflow valve. The owner is a sweetheart, she opened a whole new device to test it and fixed his on the spot. Best vapor store I've ever been to, and her prices literally are the best in all of St Louis metro. If you're buying juice or devices from anywhere else spare your wallet and yourself some headache and visit here first. The owner definitely makes the experience worth while, and stands behind her products. There is no option to rate it 10 stars, but if there was I would have tried to give her an 11.

I purchased a nautilus AIO and i had an issue and they gave a me a new part right away.
Also the 5 coil pack is 9 dollars cheaper than everywhere else.
I drive 20 minutes to get here even though there are other places much closer.
Overall I absolutely recommend coming here first before going anywhere else

This is the absolute best place to go.. Their employees are the coolest, easy going ever.. The owner is the best,, and will go above and beyond to make you a happy customer. They are the most knowledgeable on vape and vape supplies I've ever met. I'll never go anywhere else. Love these guys.

I used to go to STL vapor until I recently moved and they were no longer located near me. I then googled "vapor shops near me" and found custom vapors. So thankful I did! I Love that the owner is there every time I come in. I will say it takes a bit longer than I'm used to for them to make my juice, but it's well worth it! Prices are cheap and they always have specials going on! Every time I walk into the store, I feel welcome and always end up having a great conversation with the staff! Keep up the good work! As someone who works in sales and puts my customers first, it's nice to know that there are still places that hold their customer service and puts my customers first, it's nice to know that there are still places that hold their customer service is high as I do!
