Parking was somewhat difficult. To-go check-in was difficult because the spots were not numbered. After getting checked in, food was brought out quickly and efficiently. Order was just as we placed it. Arrived home and thoroughly enjoyed every single bite. What a wonderful to go meal! No food complaints at all!! Food consumed before photo!

We had a group of 12 for an office Christmas party and Longhorn graciously reserved a spot for us weeks in advance. The manager (I believe his name was Tim?) was accommodating and pleasant to speak with.
Our group had diminished to seven so I called ahead to let them know we didn't need such a large table. The hostess was very nice. We arrived on time, were seated within minutes.
Our server (so sorry I'm terrible with names) was great. The food was great, served hot and fresh. It's unusual to have seven people with seven different meals have nothing to complain about.
We all enjoyed our food and service and hope to visit again soon.

Just left here from eating lunch and everything was absolutely AMAZING! Our server was awesome!!!! I wish I remembered her name. Our food was so good, hot and fresh! The crusted parmesean chicken is so great! I don't remember our servers name but she was the bartender and worked morning shift on 8-19-22 ! If you're the management team and you are reading this. Hats off to that server, she's AWESOME! Same for the cooks as well. Although we don't see them directly they are the heart of the house and all of our dishes were perfection.

Wait staff is excellent. I had the ribeye it was a little fatty. My Husband had a full rack of ribs. He said they were fall off the bone great but advises to get the BBQ sauce on the side. $$$ a little pricey but not when compared to chain restaurants.

Everything was fenomenal, great service, great food.

This location does a great job. The food was as expected (good) and the service was great. I sat at the bar and the bartender did a great job.

The Cupcake Moscato was really good - perfect start to the evening. The Wild West shrimp was very tasty with a hint of spicy. I was surprised but truly impressed (bc I am a very picky eater!) the food was cooked to perfection! Exactly as we had ordered it and the taste was seduction to our taste buds! A perfect evening! I highly suggest Longhorn for the amazing food - staff - and atmosphere; the good company is up to you…. 😉

By far, this is one of the hardest working manager situations I have ever experienced.
Every time I'm there, or even close to the restaurant (my favorite store is in the same parking lot), I always see the managers doing the down in the trenches work with their staff. Even during COVID, I saw one of the managers out in the parking lot, in the pouring rain, delivering take out in the makeshift drive through. Those are managers I love, and want to support.

Our server on the last visit (November 2023, we were celebrating closing on our old house) was phenomenal. Working the bar tables and the call in orders with such spark. It's a job she either loves, or fakes it very well. She shined every moment we were there, and glad that we ordered things we enjoyed.

Cheers to the Gastonia Longhorn! We will miss our evenings there! We moved 5 counties over, but we will certainly keep you all on our "when we come back to visit" list.

Quick service, clean environment, wonderful staff. The food is quality, perfect steak every single time. Everything was wonderful and spot on. Enjoyed our visit

The Food was excellent!
The Steak was really tender and delicous.
The sweet potato with cinnamon toping was something i never tried before and it was excellent.
Also the Ceasars salad was very good.

Highly recommend it!

Great service, Janet was very helpful even while the restaurant was packed. The booth was dim and romantic for the wife and I while the table was well lit.

The food was excellent. We ordered the bacon cheese dip with kettle chips and the fire sweet chicken bites. Both were excellent. For supper we both had the New York Strip steak. This was grilled to perfection.

I really love the new look since they rebuilt it. It is a beautiful better laid out design that offers a bit more privacy without the tables being so close to each other.

I am a regular at this location and last night my server was Mikayla I think she said her name was and she was amazing! Gave suggestions and knew the menu! Drinks stayed full ! Working in the restaurant business I pay attention to these things and she did GREAT!

The food was GRRREEAAAAAAAT! Like Tony the Tiger Great! We had the lamb and salmon..... when I tell you, this food make you wanna slap yo momma, please believe it was that freaking good! Our server(Jayne) was the best! Very attentive, energetic, nice, just an all around great experience. 👍

The best server in the industry.. She has numerous request to have her serve you. Some of her patrons will actually call to see if she is working.... The food is amazing.. I especially love the salmon and sweet potatoes.. The atmosphere is very comfortable. Come see Lisa! and enjoy!

went out for dinner tonight, everything was great food wise and service was excellent! We were waited on by Ryan and he did a fantastic job making sure we were well taken care of !

My son & I visited here tonight & my gosh our waitress & the manager was super nice this will be our new spot to eat dinner good food friendly staff I love it here it’s no competition 🌻

This my number 1 favorite place to go out and eat and has been since I was just little. Me and my daddy would go here and just have a daughter n daddy dinner but now he passed on!! I still think of him every time I go in there though! It brings some extra comfort to the table!! ❤❤❤

Longhorn is where we go when we want steak. This was our first time eating at this location. The food was fresh and tasted great, just as we expected. We had great service.

A special shout out to a waitress, Jayne. I think that's her name. My sister in law got choked and she was right on it. She got another waitress that knew exactly what to do. They checked on her repeatedly. So nice and caring. Service was great. Thank you so much.

Delicious food and our server, Ishmar G was very attentive, gave us a great customer service experience and was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location as we always have a great experience and the food never disappoints! Thank you Ishmar for making our Saturday night dinner enjoyable!
