Yes, he follows you around. It catches you off guard at first but if you actually engage with him, he’s nice and knows info about each item. You can also ignore him and he seems fine with that too. Yes, it’s cramped. There is a ton of stuff and sometimes it can be overwhelming. I don’t mind a treasure hunt though. Yes, some things are overpriced. But, that happens a lot when shopping. Do I want to buy a $100 tank top? No - but many people out there do it on the regular. To each their own. We’ve purchased some unique and beautiful items here. It’s perfect if you’re picky and need lots of options. One of the owners works downstairs sometimes and likes to bring his dog!

Has a wonderful selection! And is very curated. I got some beautiful items there. I will say they DO follow you around wherever you go, but it’s mostly just so they can be available to you if you need to ask about prices or anything but They’re very nice! I would maybe reccomended going with someone so you don’t feel awkward because it is a little creepy.

Lots and lots of stuff to look at. It's very crowded and reminds me of the old time antique shops I used to go to with my dad. But I like that. Two older men were helpful and very sweet. I'm a bigger gal so you need to be very careful in stores like this. If you like to hunt for tchotchkes or antiques then this is your place.

You'll feel very claustrophobic as you walk around and definitely overwhelming but you'll want to go back because there is just SO much, and not your average selection. A huge amount of Eastern peices!

Prices a bit high, they def not looking to rotate inventory. They have some really nice prices, everything is top dollar though. They have a lot of unique things. They were nice and did follow me, I’m sure people would steal from them if they didn’t follow you around, so I don’t blame them.

Lots of stuff to look at. Walkways are very tight and down stairs. Not ADA or elder friendly

All other reviews are true. Creepy experience completely ruined any interest I had in the merchandise. Felt like they actively do not want you in their store. Would not recommend going by yourself.

You are followed throughout the store so if you feel uncomfortable with that, I’d definitely say stay away. It didn’t bother me but what did get to me was the fact that I found a book that I loved and saw that in the book, the price says $22. When we got back towards the “check out” area, one of the men kind of snatched the book from my boyfriend and asked what part of the store we got it from. He started looking through himself and said “now this is going to be $55”. I was very confused and mentioned the price that I saw written inside the book and he says “that’s probably an older price”. I was not in the mood to try and haggle because I was kind of overwhelmed by the place and how extremely cramped it was AND I absolutely loved the book and had to have it. I’m giving two stars instead of just one because they have a lot of really pretty and cool stuff but I will NOT be back in there.
