Ace Hardware Hickory

I really like this place. They are definitely a little higher in most of their products but so worth it for the customer service! Always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Can't get from one side of the store to the other with at least one person asking if you need help. I will go out of my way to go here most of the time.

I’m a self admitted diy novice and hardly know enough to get simple projects done. I took some pictures of a dog kennel project I was working on to Ace Hardware and Megan was able to help me find everything I was looking for and made sure to talk through the specifics of the project to ensure all of the materials were just what we needed. The project was a huge success and I credit a lot of that to Megan. I highly recommend this location to anybody!

Went to shop for pellet smoker. Adam immediately offered assistance. He is knowledgeable about the products and fully explained all features. We purchased and our grill was delivered to our deck in less than an hour. Best customer service experience I’ve ever received! Adam made certain we are aware of all customer support options. He truly went above and beyond to assist us.

The staff is local and always friendly. If you have questions, they have the answers and the products to help you reach whatever end result and goal you want and are looking for.

Needed a couple of chainsaw blades sharpened and a hedge trimmer sharpened. They accomplished both in a timely manner and for a very reasonable cost. Clean, modern, well stocked building.

The people at this store are kind and helpful, basically the main driver to go to Ace versus a bigger store like Lowe's/Home depot. It's hard for smaller places to compete with pricing, but convenience of location and friendly people make this a good spot!

Great staff and they help you with questions. I like being able to have my Stihl equipment that was bought at the store also serviced there. They delivered the grill that they put together for me to my house. My go to place.

Bethlehem Ace Hardware is a great hardware store. They always have a great selection of products. The staff are very friendly and always ask if customers need help finding anything. The store is dog friendly so our dog enjoys visiting as well.

Ace hardware is one of my favorites. You might pay a little more for an item and it seems I can never remember my rewards coupon but the service is top notch, most everyone there is knowledgeable about the products they sell. A couple times they were able to coach me through a difficult repair and on this particular trip I had 3 different employees ask to help me they I didn't have to go looking for them or chase after them like at the big chain home stores.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went in to grab a power head for my kombi system, and not only did they have it when everyone else in town didn't, they had 3 and we're cheaper than most of their competitors. I spoke to a gentleman in the power tools section, and they actually have an Echo 9010T blower in stock!! I'm going back Saturday to pick my new backpack blower up that I've been searching for, for over months. It's a magnificent blower with tons of power to move piles of leaves that you're trying to rid your lawn and flower beds of in the fall. 10/10!!! I will most definitely be back Saturday and many more times to come, since being a landscaper and needing power equipment pretty regularly. I just can't say enough good things about this place. Friendly too my wife and I add soon as we walked into the doors and until we left. If you get a chance to go by there and just take a look around then do yourself a favor and do it. You won't regret it!!

Some of the nicest folks you'll ever encounter. The hardware is convenient to our home and we most always find what we need. Having a Hallmark section for cards and gifts is great too!

They are always friendly and helpful. There are always employees around to assist and the store is the nicest Ace I have been to. I give it an A plus.
