Dynasty Chinese Restaurant

Ordered takeout crispy scallion chicken and sweet & sour chicken, both were great. They provide option to make any spicy items less spicy on request. Ordered at the front and it was about a 15 min wait before the food was ready (two other groups dining in at the time, at least one other takeout order came in as well). Good portion sizes as well. Overall, good food for a decent price, would order from here again!

Let you have your space but contributed services where they might have been needed; food was greasy but good and filling.

Best Chinese food in the world as far as I'm concerned. Not even interested in trying any other place at this point. It really has no other competition. Best Chinese food hands down.

This is definitely my favorite Chinese restaurant. I have tried the others in town & I seem to like this one the most. Me & my husband get the general tso there like once or twice a week. We ask for extra spicy & it’s amazing. I’m very picky when it comes to Chinese. I use to live in Wilkes & I hated all those Chinese restaurants. But I love this place. When my husband picks up our food he says the lady there is the sweetest.

Ordered (abt 11:30am) Sweet & Sour Pork and Egg Foo Youg. Both were great - I don't know how many cooks they have but whoever worked today was amazing. Best Egg Fung I've had in years!

I didn't realize they are closing early and my husband called in an order, AFTER closing time. They still fixed our food, even though they were closed! How awesome is that!

Polite and pleasant staff AND delicious food. Dynasty has faithfully served guests for decades at this Mocksville location. It's a nice place to go for a sit-down meal or take-out. Their menu is quite extensive: lots of choices. It's always a pleasure to dine here and chat with some of the staff.

There are two other Chinese restaurants in Mocksville. I have tried all and Dynasty is by far and away the best in my opinion. The food is delicious. I could eat there everyday. Their menu is huge. My wife and I have dined in and had take out from Dynasty for about 20 years and it is ALWAYS great. The owners are fantastic people and the service we have had has always been top notch. Whenever we dine in we are made to feel like we are family. It is very comfortable and my all time favorite restaurant to visit.

BTW - When I am not feeling well, have a cold or even the flu, I send for some of Sandy and Lewis' egg drop soup from Dynasty. It just makes me feel better and tastes sooooo good.

In our area, this is truly the highest quality Chinese food you will find. It is fairly authentic, but the food is amazing. I love the Scallion Chicken, the Roast Pork with Mushrooms, the chicken fried rice, the crab wontons, the pork dumplings, the wonton soup, the Mongolian Beef, etc. The owners are so sweet. The service can be a little slow at times, but I love going here.

I wish I could write an article on this place. First thing is don't be fooled by the cover. Find this place and it's got two wooden doors and no, repeat, no windows. I had second thoughts. Walk in and it's a timid small place with a comfortable atmosphere. The hostess is this woman who helped create this place. If you get to know her a little you will see how proud she is of the food. I just came in to grab two meals. She gives me a sweet tea while I wait. Wonderful flavor. I asked if it was machine or the brand that gave it this taste. She tells me she uses fresh tea leaves and takes special steps create that flavor. My order comes up and she brings me crab wonton try. It has crab in it. I KNOW RIGHT!! Doesn't taste cream cheesy at all. Well balanced flavors in the filling not to mention this awesome texture of the fried wonton. Most come out crunchy but hers is crispy and just wants to melt in your mouth. The food I actually paid for has the touch of someone who cares. One stands out, the lo mein. While I'm expecting everything to be cooked through I didn't expect to taste something that's not even an ingredient, caramelization. Every piece had the perfect amount of browning on it I thought it was cooked on charcoal. Looks like I wrote an article anyway. This place deserves it. This is one of those gems that when I come back through here I will make the stop. It's hard to find pride in food when you are out but this place does it and it's been doing it for some time now.

Been eating here for 30 years. The food and friendly staff has always stayed consistent.

Food is fresh...or mine has been. Friendly but a little slow. Food is good not real big in taste.

The food was very good the service was excellent and I cannot believe that place was not packed with customers. If I lived in Mocksville I'd eat there once a week.

Ohhhhh the food was so good!! Freash, clean, and the owner really cares about the service!! And it’s not basic cooking, great flavor!!
