Holiday Inn Express & Suites Richland, an IHG Hotel

I had a great stay overnight. Breakfast was good and starts early-5:30! Room was nice and clean. Not a brand new building but certainly in great shape and on par for the brand. (I’ve been staying in a lot of Holiday Inn Express lately and have come to appreciate them)

Best continental breakfast I've ever seen! Indoor pool and hotub with rad cacti. I love plants and they had some neat living plants throughout. We took a whole bunch of boys and they were able to get their energy out in the pool and in the gym. It's also less than 5 min from the trampoline park. Will return.

A nice option for the tri-cities. Hotel is newer and well laid out. Friendly service. Breakfast was better than average for hotel complimentary service. Unfortunately close to the train tracks, but otherwise tucked away even though it's a central location.

I can not say enough good things about my stay!!!! To start Becky called in to say I would be coming from out of town I'm from Portland Oregon I was greeted by Jacqueline and we laughed because I came for the cookies and it was past cookie time so I said I'd see her bright and early for my cookies......30 minutes later Jacqueline brought me a delicious plate of cookies what a perfect end to a full day of drywall. I will be back!!!! Thank you so much "Jackie"

We attended an event in the meeting room and it was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here with my daughters for a little getaway out of town. Nice and clean! Staff was amazing! 24hr pool was awesome! Breakfast was fantastic! My youngest daughter forgot her favorite blanket and when I called, the girls that answer were super helpful and friendly and mailed us the blanket! Will definitely stay here everytime I am in Tri-Cities!

I had an absolutely great experience. My room was nicer than I expected, it had a jacuzzi style tub in the bathroom that I loved. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours, so I went swimming multiple times a day. The complimentary breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had. There were 2 types of pre-made omelettes, biscuits and gravy, a pancake maker, a variety of pastries, hard boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, and cereal (the options vary slightly day to day). There were probably more things I forgot about. They even have cookies and milk from 6-8. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

To start with the young Lady that checked us in was very professional and communicative. She made sure that our problem was handled before doing anything else. We stayed in room 224 which was a nice room, the toilet on the other hand wasn’t flushing like it should have, but it flushed. The last morning we were there which was the 22nd of May I flushed the toilet and the thing over flowed all on the floor, so I put dirty towels down to catch some of the water. When we left I went to the front desk to tell the person on duty but there was nobody there, you could hear them in the back talking. After ringing the bell three times over a 5 to 8 min period with all the phones ringing some lady came out and ask me with a slight attitude and ask can I help you? I told her that room 224 was empty and that the toilet didn’t work right, and that it overflowed this morning, she said ok and started doing other stuff. If it had not been for the young lady at check in I would have given less stars.

My room was clean. I even had a Keurig in the room with a small assortment of coffee pods. Dog-friendly rooms. (I have a husky) 24hr availability of the pool, spa and fitness room. And for you truckers, RVers or just the person towing a trailer, there is a big level WELL KEPT gravel yard that you can request a room by to watch your vehicles

We had a smooth check in and a great time at the pool. The cookies were a nice surprise and the push button pancake maker delighted the grandkids. They were also very tasty. I thought all of the staff seemed upbeat and nice. Bella helped with reservation and a nice young man helped with check in. A sweet lady with an accent from a different country helped in the dining area and was doing a GREAT JOB of keeping things clean. 👍 Thank you everyone. 😊

Check in was quick. The room was very clean. I enjoyed sleeping in the comfortable beds. The showers were very hot. The bathroom included whole bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was also a small Dove's body Lotion. The breakfast had a good variety with an attentive attendant that was quickly refilling items.

Holiday inn is a great deal for the money. When kiddo’s where home holiday inn made trips a lot of fun they had more fun there than our destination. My stay in Richland was no different pool was warm cookies hot, room clean and staff helpful and professional

Excellent customer service. Really bummed about the hot tub being closed. We were really looking forward to that. When I called about the pool, no one mentioned the hot tub being down. The breakfast was truly amazing for hotel breakfast. The room was great & beds were some of the best we've ever slept on. Love Holiday Inn Express hotels a lot.

The rooms are quiet and clean. We had to ask for a Bible and Jessica found one and brought it to us. The facilities were were clean and in good working order. The staff was very friendly and courteous. We will definitely stay here again.

Front desk person was very helpful, courteous and personable. Grounds, lobby, etc., are well kept. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Indoor pool and hot tub are open 24 hours!

Awesome pool and hot tub! Gym are seemed almost new! Front desk also took care of problems in the hotel very quickly. Amazing hair and body product and shower pressure. Couch bed you could feel the springs. Other than that that would be my only complaint. Had a nice time staying there for 3 days :)

Must be a newer hotel. The lobby and the rooms were nice and clean and new looking to me. Good service at the self-serve breakfast. Breakfast was somewhat limited but there were hot items - just not much for a veggie eater. They assured me that they normally had more option for me but that their supplier hadn't come through. All in all, I was very satisfied.

My wife & I stayed 2 nights here. I was definitely pleased. The pool & hot tub were an added bonus after coming from a visit to the chiropractor. Staff were exceptional in attitude & performance...looking for ways to help us. The place is clean & tidy and the breakfast is very nice. Enjoyed the cheese omelette in particular.
We are originally from Tri Cities and travel back every few months...thinking that we will begin regularly staying here.
Centrally located location.

Our room was nice and clean, we had nice hot water, the free breakfast is great and free cookies in the evening is fun too. The indoor pool was fine and the kids had fun. Plenty of parking. Our room hair dryer did start smoking but that was the worst issue. We would go back!
