D'Cracked Egg

A nice little restaurant I visited while in Tupelo. It seems like a place the locals hang out in. I had one of the best omelets I've had in a long time, lite and fluffy, stuffed with delicious ingredients. The food arrived quickly and the waitress was pleasant. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely have breakfast here.

Found this place as we were passing through town. Sadly had to get it TOGO because the place was just the cutest. We ordered breakfast and everyone was so accommodating. Good was delicious 😋

My best friend showed me this place today for brunch and we loved it! I really appreciate how personable the owner is he was walking around talking to everyone and was helping the server out when we came in. Our server was also really friendly. The food was also really good and reasonably price, we didn’t have to wait long at all. I would be back next time I’m visiting home <3.

Literally the best breakfast we have eaten on our trip. Owner is a awesome guy. Staff are wonderful.

Listen! I spent some time reading the reviews of this place, focusing on the low scores. I had none of that experience! My visit was so pleasant and I cannot wait to go back here when I come back to town for work. The service was fantastic, especially from…Gary?? I think that was his name? One of the most pleasant men I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. You’ll know who I’m talking about when you go! And the food was soooo good! That hash brown casserole is delicious! Plus you get a good amount of food for the money, so no complaints there. And the building was so charming and clean. They’ve really done a great job with all aspects of service. Give them a try!

Mr Gary introduced himself as soon as I walked in, let me sit at the table I wanted(some places seat you where they want you) and engaged in a delightful conversation. Eggs Benedict is on point and gotta try the pig-n-blanket with the link sausage. Love the atmosphere

Food was excellent, hash browns just like Mum makes them, delicious. Wish I had more! Pancakes were good, service from the waitress Treasure was exceptional! Environment is great and inviting. Service was quick and food hot. If your in Tupelo, its a must to stop by and eat.

Always amazing food! We love our server, Taylor! She is so sweet! Absolutely beautiful inside and out! Mr Gary is very friendly and makes a point of talking to us every time we are here!

A+ rating from service to food. We are from out of town and visited on a weekday morning. We had no wait to be seated, food came quickly and was all very good (especially the biscuits and gravy ❤).

This place was awesome! You have to check it out! We popped in here because we were hungry and happened upon it. The owner waited until after we were done with food to ask us how we were and where we were from. Definitely made us feel welcomed from the get go and the food was phenomenal! We are Definitely happy with our choice!!!! The wife, brother in law and I will be back! Thanks again guys for the awesome experience

The best breakfast I have had in a long time everything was cooked for me and my wife to the letter. I highly recommend if you our in the tupelo area to stop in and try.

First time visiting from GA. Our server, Treasure, was awesome. She was friendly, responsive, and offered great recommendations. The food was really good and portions perfect. Will definitely be back if we are in town!

Absolutely great food. Cook is young but cooks as though she's been doing it 30+ years. Service was spot on, fast and courteous and owner was positive an engaging and a joy. I want to do brunch and dinner and catch the live karaoke. Will go back and highly recommend it. Good folks, absolutely good food an atmosphere. Try it!

A wonderful place to visit in Tupelo, wish they would bring a location to Columbus!

Not only did they have great food and portions, but they also have such friendly staff! Our waitress was amazing and the owner was so friendly. As someone who used to work in food service, seeing the owner step in and work with his staff during the holidays made this place even better! A great veteran owned restaurant! Will definitely be back.

We are here from NC for our sister's wedding, and we're so happy we chose D'Cracked Egg for breakfast! It's super close to where we are staying at Hotel Tupelo, too. The food was wonderful and the staff were the sweetest people. Thank you so much for a great meal. We will probably eat here every day until we go home! ♡

The French toast is still huge! Bacon to order, hash brown casserole, scrambled eggs and love on two plates. 😍

If you haven't been, GO! If you have, go back and enjoy again.

First time eating here. Great local breakfast spot in downtown Tupelo. Country gravy and biscuits were delicious. The buttermilk pancakes were amazing. Scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly. Hashbrown casserole is a must. The service was great and waitresses were very polite. 10 out of 10

The staff is the friendliest and most attentive I have ever encountered. This was our second visit and they remembered us and were genuinely glad to have us back. Both adults got D' Big Bird and our kiddo got D' Short Stack. The helpings were plentiful and everything was cooked PERFECTLY. My over-medium eggs were correct (that never happens elsewhere), the bacon was crispy, the ham was flavorful and the pancakes...just make sure you get a stack. The bill for 2 adults and 1 child was about $30. We can't wait to visit again.

Everything was delicious. The portions were huge. My mother in law tried chocolate gravy for the first time and was impressed. We’ll be back.
