Ashley Store

I have been wanting to get a new couch.
I looked on the web for the best furniture store & Ashley was one of the top stores to buy furniture from.
I called and spoke with a gentleman,his name was Eric. He was very informative, and from reading the web, that was one of the things to look for when buying furniture.
Eric invited me to come in and look around so when I got to Ashley's, I asked for Eric. When I looked up reviews on Google, someone was saying how Eric was very good, so that was also why I asked for him. When I finally went to the Ashley Furniture store in Gastonia, NC.
I walked in and was in awe! This store was amazing. I wanted everything. The store was huge. The furniture was beautiful. Every piece was nicely decorated and inviting!
Eric showed me some couches in my price range. He said for me to look around, and he'd keep an eye on me in case I needed him. He
didn't pressure me in any way.
I decided on an alloy sectional & a table with 4 chairs & bench.
Eric wanted to make sure both items would fit in my apartment, so he gave me his tape measure and wrote the deminsions for both.
I feel other furniture stores would just tell me they'll fit to get a sale.
Eric wanted to make sure before I signed the papers that what I wanted would fit.
After I got back to Ashley Furniture, I wasn't sure, so for now, I am getting the sectional.
Eric told me about the Diamond Care Plus, and if anything went wrong with my purchase w/in 5 years, they would replace the purchase.
I usually don't get warranties, but the Diamond Care Plus was a no-brainer!
Eric explained everything to me, so I signed the paperwork.
I'm excited to get my new sectional.
I was very pleased with the service I got at Ashley Furniture and Eric's help.

Dwayne was absolutely amazing and so helpful! He was fast and gave us what we wanted for an AMAZING price! He was patient even though my boyfriend was a pain! I have gone to several Ashley Furniture stores and other furniture stores. Some had nice help, some not so nice, even Ashley in Pineville, NC. When I met Eric Ricono at Ashley Furniture Gastonia, NC, who went above and beyond being very nice and helpful. If you decide to go to Ashley Furniture in Gastonia, NC. I would suggest you ask for him. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Stephanie was great to work with. Always a smile on her face and answers with every question I had. Very knowledgeable and patient. Not a pushy salesperson that is eager to make the sale.

Eric was so professional, fast and on point. As soon as we came into the store he greeted my family and I and offered us help. He was able to help us make a decision with a nice sectional and kitchen table. We were a bit confused about which table and couch to choose but he helped us pick the most comfortable one, Thank you Eric!

I enjoyed shopping at Ashley. Stephanie Burke was my Sales Associate, and she was amazing! I cannot say enough good about her. She was very patient and understanding. I have health issues, and she didn’t try to rush me. I haven’t received my items yet, but they are making delivery and the whole process a very good experience.

We had a great experience today. Dwayne was terrific, and so patient! We came back 3 times before we finally got it figured out. In the end, he helped us pick out exactly what we wanted.

James was an AWESOME salesman. He introduced himself, asked what we were looking for, showed us the area of the store to look in and left us alone to browse. He checked in periodically and answered our questions. When we found what we wanted, he seamlessly navigated the entire process and honored the price I had found online. Highly recommend you go see James at Ashley! BTW, we are replacing Ashley furniture that we have had for over 12 years. Very happy with their product.

Wonderful experience. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Eric Ricono greeted us at the door, asked how he could be of service, and knew exactly where to take us. Gave us the best options and offered ideas. After we made our decision, he processed us out. Talk about a VIP experience!

Came in to just look around for some ideas and was greeter by Eric. What a treat! He was knowledgeable, kind, and gave us our space to look around. We weren't able to make final decisions today but we will definitely be coming back to finalize with Eric!

We went in during the start of the Presidents Day sale. Stephanie helped me understand how to take my vision of a U Shaped symmetrical sectional, and make it work with our small space. Thank you for your patience and professional input!

Stephanie made this purchasing venture pretty simple and stress free. She was very informative and patient with us… it took several trips in to actually “seal the deal”.
