I absolutely love this store!! The staff is super friendly and very eager to help, always checking on me throughout my visit. I visit this store at least once a month, more often around the holidays, to stock up on Wallflowers and candles. I shop for body care about every 2 months. B&BW always has a sale going on, and allows a digital or paper coupon top of the sale!! Last night, I racked up! I bought a $294 haul for $131!! I left the store very happy, as always. If you haven't visited this store, check it out!!!

Called to ask if they had one specific fall scent car freshie and the manager was SO NICE!! He held them for me until I could get there. Now that I’ve got enough stocked up, go get y’all some pumpkin pecan waffle fresheners. You won’t regret it!

This store smells so amazing and I just have to go in there everytime I'm at the mall! They had a great sale on their body sprays so I bought some and I love them! The employees are really helpful and so friendly! I do wish that the store was not so small and cramped.

Omg! The candles and creams are so amazing! Creative selection and super cool displays. Great selection of products! It's hard to go in there without finding something to buy!

Always love going to this location! Liz greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and made me feel welcome. Crystal also made sure I got the absolute best deal possible during this semi-annual sale. This team is incredibly efficient, especially under the stress of a huge sale, and I will be back for the next one!

This place is the BEST! The atmosphere is great! The workers are phenomenal and very helpful! Let’s not talk about the GREATEST CANDLES in the world! The room sprays offer more than 250 sprays per bottle and now ALL of their lotions have hyaluronic acid in them to keep you moisturize for 24 freaking hours! The sanitizer pocket packs are the best bc the contain 65% plant based alcohol which surpasses what the CDC recommends which is 60% alcohol! They are serious about SPREADING LOVE NOT GERMS!!!!

Staff was great. Shop here all the time. Interacted with me and my family. Employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. Atandants went out of their way to tell us about some great savings that we had built up and were waiting in our email!

This is one of my favorite stores and I have been to several locations. Tupelo store will stand next to any of them!! Of course there is a crowd this time of year but that just shows I am not the only one who thinks they're a great brand!

They’re always so nice! They act like they really want to help you find what you’re looking for or for scents that you would like. A girl helped me yesterday and I actually found a new favorite thanks to her!

I was delighted to find a new fragrance it is called Sweater Weather. The sales clerk inform me that it's normally a house scent they just recently turned it into a body fragrance. It smells wonderful light and clean.

I've always love bath and body works there products smell so good that I can't stop buying all there stuff.

What a special team! On the day of the annual candle sale Mom got sick while shopping. These ladies assisted in all needs with grace and compassion. Thank you to Krystal and her team!

Place is very clean and a welcoming environment to walk into. I'd say prices are decent. The thing I like the most is the candles

This is where I come for all my body washes and lotions. I love that they have options for Men. Just wish they would bring back my original favorite scent.
