O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

I had the Chicken Tender Dinner and I went on a Tuesday night not knowing there was a 10.99 Chicken Tender deal, but I know now. My server was Maya and she was very nice and patient I surely appreciated it. The Dinner comes with a two sides, I had mash potatoes and Mac n cheese. The potatoes had skin mixed in but they were very smooth which is sometimes hard to find and they were soooo good. The Mac n cheese was also delicious!! I’m a very picky eater and it’s rare to have restaurants make non loaded Mac n cheese but they do have the other as an option for additional charge. As for the tenders they weren’t too crunchy or over/under fried, the perfect in between. Would indeed recommend for sure!

Food was fantastic. Not busy but apparently short on staff. Mark, a manager came by several times to check on me and even poured my drink for me at the bar. Great customer service. Tried the new menu. I did all but lick my plate clean.

We will only eat if Franklin is bartending/serving. He’s the best! I can’t have alcohol due to health conditions but he always makes me a nonalcoholic Bahama momma. It’s the reason I like to eat there

The restaurant was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly, and the food was great. We didn't go on free pie Wednesday, but got a slice anyways, and it was delicious! I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwhich, which definitely lived up to its name. All in all, it was a great restaurant experience, and we will definitely be back.

Took my grandma here for her birthday tonight and from the moment we walked in the door we had exceptional service. Like the best service I've had at a restaurant in a long time. The manager was extremely friendly and made my gmas night with a free slice of pie for her birthday & our waiter Peter(you could tell he was new but still amazing) was very attentive and quick to bring us anything we needed and checked on us several times. Food was hot and very good. It was my first time dining at an O'Charleys and just an all around terrific experience. 10 out of 10! Will be back! Thank you for helping make my Nana's 72nd a great night! 💕

Amazing experience. This place is always good when I go! I got the seafood platter. I love the stuffed crab cakes absolutely amazing. Server was great, service was great!

I loved my job heartbroken we are closing but they have been great to me and pushed me to better myself in my career and even took me out my comfort zone and made me a bartender and I aced it!! Pam Brad and Steven was great!! I’ve learned a lot and will carry this in my next chapter !! Love you OCs we were great teammates!!! Came during lunch. Food was excellent. Service was amazing. If you can come to the restaurant in Gastonia, NC ask for Brenda. She engaged in more than just forced conversation, make sure our drinks were filled, and made sure we had anything we needed. The hospitality was phenomenal and I plan on coming back soon!

Gabby was an awesome waitress! She was very patient & friendly with her whole section as we were there!! Very accommodating to make sure our drinks were always full & always asked if we needed anything. The General Manager also was super nice & friendly. We love this place dine in or take out!!

O'Charley's hit it out of the ballpark! We stopped in for a quick lunch, Alexis was our waitress. Bubbly, delightful, sweet. She took very good care of us. Our lunch selections were promptly brought out to our table. Extra hot rolls and butter. Awesome. Our drinks refilled. Polite chat with us.
We will definitely be back. The food is always great! But - Alexis will always be our waitress!! Just great!

We had a wonderful experience at this location. Our waitress Tiffany was very kind.She showed great hospitality and met all of our needs. The general manager Steven was wonderful as well. He had an amazing personality and was very kind. We drove from downtown Charlotte to come here and we plan on returning in the future.

We stopped here on our way to the movies on a Saturday about 6:30 PM. We tried several places but they had an hour wait. We had wait at all. Our service was excellent and our food was very good. I got the ribs, tenders, and steak. Everything was cooked to perfection.

The food was wonderful, we had a very nice waitress Stephanie she got our order out on time and it was fresh and delicious. She kept our drinks filled and she was very pleasant and polite, really enjoyed our visit we will be back.

Best experience I’ve had in a long time! My waitress was Tiffany Wilson, she was outstanding! Super friendly, really great attitude, and amazing at what she does. Couldn’t have asked for a better meal. The employees really go out of their ways to make sure you leaving satisfied. I will definitely will be returning!

We were looking for lunch and found O'Charleys. Brenda was an amazing waitress. The Chicken Tender wrap was so good. My husband had the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich and he said it was good. Great service and good food!

Our server made the entire visit awesome! It was Mother's day right before 5pm and we were sat in the bar area. Our server was also the bar tender. She was amazing. Friendly, attentive, knew the menu, and stayed on top of anything we asked for! The food was fantastic and the cobbler was delicious!

It was great being back in a restaurant and the staff was wonderful! Good food, yummy pie and we had excellent service.

O'Charley's in Gastonia, east Franklin. Hubby and I went in for lunch, greeted well, seated fast. Amanda was our waitress and she was very professional, kept checking in on us if we needed anything. Food was good and we will be back.

5/4/2023 My newest Spot. I Love this place. Mellow atmosphere, clean. My food was just simple delious. I had blacken salmon n broccoli. Repeat Performance. I'll be back. Ohl
