Dunkin'

Great experience! I was actually taken back when I walked in with how nice this Dunkin was! Great service, great coffee, great breakfast sandwich! Very clean!!

I have a tendency to order a unique type of coffee that most DD get wrong but Dez took the time out to ask specific questions pertaining to my order, in stead of rushing me away from the window! I absolutely appreciate feeling like my order matters! Thanks Dez

Only 2 people working; the inside & drive thru was packed but the employees were extremely nice.
The gentleman who made my latte made 2 by mistake and gave me both.

By go to location! Overall, I do think this is a great Dunkin’ Donuts! I have been to two others that are just horrendous. It will take 20+ minutes to just to place an order that will be wrong. However, this Dunkin’ Donuts seems to be really well! I’ve never had any issues, with the exception of wants having the wrong size, but that was just a miscommunication through the speaker, it happens! Friendly workers and can get through the line in a decent time!

This Dunkin has always been so good to me. I was in line for a pretty average amount of time and the representative Niyah, not only offered me a donut for the wait, she gave me a good suggestion on what sandwich to get and it was phenomenal. The iced coffee that I get per usual was on point too. It’s a great way to start your day going to them.

The nice girl at the window definitely made me feel better about an incident that occurred yesterday. She was really nice and definitely saved this customer

Frozen Carmel coffee is the best!! I'm not a coffee drinker. But I do like this.

The crew working was friendly and even though they were busy they got my order out without much wait time. The crew worked great together.

I stopped by this Dunkin location while on a road trip and the coffee was great! Turns out 10 hours into my trip I realize that my wallet was missing… I realized I must have left it on a table there or in the bathroom, so I called and there was no wallet to be found. The next day I woke up to a text from the general manager inquiring about my lost wallet! He told me that my wallet was safe and in his office ready to pick up. 24 hours later, my cards, money, and drivers license was all still there and in good condition! I was sure I would never see my wallet again but the manager Aubrey was very helpful! Honest and good people still exist in this world!! Thank you Aubrey and Dunkin employees!

Was very pleased with my Butter Pecan Latte! Half syrup, skim milk and add an extra shot of espresso!! It was perfect! It was worth the wait! Thank you!

An employee had an accident and spilled a carton of milk on herself right before we ordered and she walked out. The shift manager Asia And the lady working the drive thru did a phenomenal job handling orders and continued being professional and kind to the customers. With continued traffic in both the lobby and drive thru, they kept their composure and delivered excellent customer service. Asia as a shift manager definitely has the potential to manage her own store. Asia if you are reading this I hope this makes your day and please continue to serve the way you do. God bless.

I've been to this DD twice in the last 2 days. Both times the line was pretty long but both days it moved really fast.

And the lady at the window was extremely friendly! I will definitely be back!

The Avocado Toast is really good. The toast itself is really crunchy to handle the spread. It's good but it surprised me a little! My drink both days were really good too! And MUCH more affordable than their competitor! 😄

Only 4 starts because this place is really hard to get into from 85 due to the lane restrictions. NOT their fault. If you turn left at the qt, there is NO u-turn to get into the Dunkin's I suggest you look at a map and turn at the FIRST light North of the 85 interchange.

I stopped by Dunkin on the way to work at 6am and Ashja took my order. She was so cheery and sweet even so early in the morning. I started to drive away without my food and she yelled out the window, “babe you forgot your food! Stay right there we will run it out!” Her coworker ran it out to me, they could’ve just let me drive off without it, but they didn’t. The customer service was wonderful! The whole process was quick too and I got to work early even though I stopped lol. Thank you both for making my morning a little brighter :)
