After receiving and approving a contactor's job estimate - we requested some documentation to verify/confirm the contractor's liability/employee's workman's comp insurance coverage before he starts the project. Within 24 hours, the documents were sent. Now, our contractor can begin the work as soon as the weather clears for a few days!!
