Absolutely the BEST dentist office! Dr Austin is extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. The whole staff is extremely friendly and helpful! HIGHLY recommend! They put this VERY anxious person at ease.

Dr. Austin and his staff are always providing the best experience possible for their patients and they truly care about each and every one of them. When I had an unfortunate wisdom teeth extraction experience with a different oral surgeon, Dr. Austin was there to help me and had my back. He has made me feel seen and always listens to my concerns. In todays world, it is hard to find doctors that actually care about their patients. Dr. Austin goes above and beyond to make sure his patients feel like part of the family. I could not recommend this place enough!! 10/5 stars⭐❤

Remarkable staff.
When I went to Austin Dentistry I wasn't sure what to expect because I had bad experiences at Aspen dental but The doctor and his staff. Made me a treatment plan and Told me what needed to be done When it needed to be done And I felt so comfortable.

As a retired dental hygienist I highly recommend Dr Austin and his dental staff. I have seen his work and now my husband and I are his patients. He not only is an excellent dentist but also very compassionate. His staff is courteous and kind. I couldn’t ask for more.

My dentist of 40 yrs retired. I have went to several dentists since then and didn't care for them. But Austin Dentistry is going to be my dentist forever. They are so nice and caring. Kayla was so easy cleaning my teeth. I would recommend them to anyone.

As a new patient, they took me in extremely fast, even though every other dentistry had a long wait. Kimberly and the staff were kind and professional. The process was easy and efficient and their work was magnificent. Definitely would recommend you would be in good hands.

I had a great (ok...as great as a visit to the dentist can be!) experience with Dr. Wint and the entire staff at Austin Dentistry. Dr. Wint and the hygienists all took the time to explain what they were doing and answer my questions. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming!

My insurance changed so I had to find a new dentist. Dr. Austin serves on the school board my kids attend so I knew based on getting to know him through that process that our ideas and thoughts aligned. I was excited to support his practice. His staff is wonderful. They treated me well and I will continue to be a patient of there's.

I had gone to Dr. John “Les” Cloninger for many years. Dr. Cloninger, Marsha, Elizabeth, John and Paul have always been like family to me. I just wasn’t sure about getting a new dentist after Dr. Cloninger retired. From my first visit to Dr. Austin I knew I was in good hands. He and his staff treat you like you are the only patient in the building. Thank you Dr. Austin for being The Best !!!!!

Dr. Austin has continued the special and personal care that was started by Dr. Les Cloniger. No one considers a trip to the Dentist to be a fun experience. Dr. Austin always starts by asking about you your family and what's going on in your life. This calms you from being stressed, and no it doesn't make it fun but makes you feel special during your procedure. Not all health care professionals can do that. Dr. Austin like Dr. Cloniger has that calming ability. Dr. Austin also doesn't leave any doubt that he went the extra mile to insure when you leave he has checked all your teeth to prevent any new issues.
His Staff also displays that caring feelings for the patients as well. So if you're looking for a holistic Dental practice look no further than Austin Dentistry. It continues to be an old well established firm. Lincolnton has been blessed that starting with Dr. Cloniger and now Dr. Austin that they came our way... Dr Austin and his staff are friendly, efficient, and do excellent work. Their office is clean. If I have a situation that needs quick attention, they they make room for me to come in and they address my concerns quickly and effectively.
