I was helped by an agent name Kelsey Parker and she was excellent!!!! She went above and beyond to help me get the best quote and even helped get me discounts and also life insurance. She was by far the best insurance specialist I have ever worked with. By the end of the call I felt like I knew her all my life😃 Thanks again Kelsey for an outstanding job getting me the lowest possible rate I could get!!!

Insurance Agency named Robert Dabbs did such a wonderful job after two other agents didn't help me as well as he did I give him props and had a very good outlook on talking to people somebody that you can connect with and joke around with and still get your policy done that was an amazing I give him like five stars if I could give him more then yeah very positive person enjoy talking to him and did amazing on saving on my policy

The Direct General at this location is awesome! John is very knowledgeable about their products and services. He is also genuine, prompt, professional, and approachable. There are other locations closer to my residence, but I prefer to drive to Gastonia because of the great customer service :-)
