I went in to get a much needed haircut. I believe I saw Baraba there and she was amazing!! Lots of tips on products and recommendations. My hair has never felt so healthy. Thank you!! I will definitely be going back. 😊

I recently had a bad experience at another salon where my hair was left yellow and blotchy. Baily at 509 was able to correct all their mistakes and I’m back to normal! She is extremely knowledgeable and really listens to her clients. 100% recommend Baily and salon 509!

I got my hair dyed purple and pink, and got my bangs and ends trimmed by Aubrey Gray. She did a great job by paying attention to every little detail to make sure my experience was absolutely extraordinary 😊! She's a good talker too and it barely felt like a 6 hour appointment because we were having so much fun!

I love Salon 509! My 5 year old and I see Aubrey and she is amazing. My daughter adores her, she is always so excited when it’s time to go get her bangs trimmed. Aubrey is so patient and always makes sure to talk my daughter through everything during the haircut.

Aubrey Gray was amazing! She did a great job cutting and coloring my hair and I left very pleased. Not only is she a great stylist, she's also queer and neurodivergent friendly! She also loves doing gender-affirming cuts so if thats something you're looking for I can't recommend her enough. Reasonably priced too! I'll be coming back for sure!

This place is really fancy and I always get a warm welcome when I come in. The prices are reasonable for the level of service I get. Aubrey always takes great care of me and makes me feel welcomed and cared for. I never look or feel so good as when I've left with a great style and my eyebrows waxed like a friggin boss.

After my previous hair salon closed down, I was incredibly nervous to let anyone else in the Tri-Cities touch my curly hair. I made an appointment with Aubrey Grey and I'm so glad I did. I appreciate her personality and skill and how I leave the salon always learning something new about my hair. Definitely recommend her for anyone!

Audrey Pack took my dull, yellowed, white hair and brought it back to life. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She gave me suggestions that I did not realize were available. I would have given her 10 stars if that was an option. I have been having a difficult time finding someone to take the place of my previous stylist who had left the business.
