Dixie was incredibly helpful. She responded to me right away and setup my insurance coverage quickly. She was pleasant and friendly. I enjoyed working with her!

I'm so happy I went with Dixie! I received around 5 different car insurance quotes and not only did she by far have the best price, but also much more coverage than was offered at the other places. She is also the easiest and sweetest person to work with!

Dixie is great with elite insurance always professional and nice. I love the fact that you can text them and they will respond of course within business hours but you don’t have to be on the phone and wait a long time or be put on hold. I can get quotes from Dixie anywhere!

I joined the Elite Insurance Group family a few months ago after speaking with Dixie, who was gable to help me understand what I needed in my insurance policy and what I didn’t. Together we found the perfect fit. At a fantastic price! The level of customer service I have received along with that new lower premium has been nothing short of impeccable! Dixie sure knew what she was talking about when helping me decide what I needed for coverage. Thank goodness for that because unfortunately , I’ve had to deal with more insurance stuff since I switched (call it bad luck). Dixie and Tammy have handled all my issues phenomenally!! They are quick with the call backs and never kept me waiting or guessing. They answered all my questions thoroughly and efficiently. Hands down, without a doubt the best insurance group I’ve ever done business with. 10/10. If you’re reading reviews wondering whether to go with this group, do it! Sure you can get a quote from the progressive or wherever on your own, but to have someone in your corner to walk you through the messy maze that is insurance lingo, these are the people you want on your team.

I have had home and auto insurance with Elite Insurance for many years. The level of customer service keeps me with them. I have never experienced such a high level of support with any other insurance agency. Call backs are quick, and consultations are in-depth. I have on more than one occasion received calls letting me know my coverage is about to expire within days. These were instances where that was not my intention. Those calls saved me a great deal of trouble. When I have had to make a claim, I received calls to help walk me through the process as well as follow up calls to see how things were going. Elite Insurance representatives have gone above and beyond to help me over the years.

Elite insurance has the best ladies that work there. They are very friendly and are always able to get the answers your looking for. They treat you like family as well. Wouldnt recommend anyone else. Tammy is definitely my go to when having any questions she is so kind.

However there is one very special lady by the name of Autumn Hovis that has helped me with so much and answer all my questions,no mater how many times a day I would contact her she was always smiling and eager to help every way she could. I've been with Elite Insurance for a few years now. I mainly speak with Tammy, and she is always helpful, professional, and nice. Wonderful insurance agency they always try to search around and find the best price for the best coverage that you desire and they are pretty good at reminding you that your payments are coming up or your renewal for your policy.
