Ryan is absolutely amazing! Very patient and passionate about his line of business! He was very sweet and very kind, He made sure I was happy with my selection. He didn’t once rush me or hassle me into a car just to make a sale but he walked me through the entire process and made sure I was 100% satisfied! The sales managers are absolutely amazing also! I have to say the reviews are true... I found myself in a unexpected situation in where I had to purchase a new car. I went by several lots but between horrible customer service & sellers just wanting money$$ it became a stressful situation. By the grace of God, I came across E Z Way Auto online. I reached out, and instantly, Gabby & Mandy reached out. Mandy told me she would make my process seamless & do whatever to make me satisfied. She told me what I needed & in less than 2 hours she told me I was approved on the car I wanted. Unfortunately, I received a call later that someone had purchased the car I wanted. Mandy said, "Don't worry about it just tell me what car you want... NEEDLESS to say. I FOUND MY DREAM CAR!!!! She went straight to work & said when can you come in to get drive. I scheduled my appointment, came in, test drove my new car, and signed my paperwork all in less than an hour!!! LISTEN, if you are in need of a car & other places are giving you nothing, but pain... GO SEE MANDY..... Trust me, she's God sent!

Mandy was very jovial and clear in understanding the process. Mandy was easy going about the process she did not pressure me into feeling like I had to leave with a car. Rick the manager was so relaxed and poised about explaining the warranty and gap insurance. He was so cool in regards ro working to get me a.lower payment rate. I love E Z Way especially Hope she is amazing. She went far and beyond in helping me find my forever vehicle. I hit some road blocks along the way but Hope and her manger worked them out for me. I came out of the nightmare I was in into the vehicle of my choice and it was only because of Hope Jones and her manger Rick Davis. I can’t say enough great things about how amazingly awesome my car buying experience was due to the 2 of them. They work with you till they work it out getting the car you want. I recommend them over any car lot around. If I could have give them a 10 star rating it would have a been a 10plus.
