I was not looking forward to getting my liscence renewed yesterday but I was pleasantly surprised. The technology is upgraded and the people were just awesome. It was the best trip to the liscence office ever Thanks.

The license examiner in the Roanoke Rapids Office, was very pleasant. She was attentive, helpful and very professional. She explained things very well to my son. I would advise anyone to seek her services.

I had a great experience renewing my license here. I was able to schedule an early morning appointment online just a day before the appointment (keep checking the location you want for any available appointments - when I was trying to schedule it, there were no appointments available at this location at 8am and there was one for the next day just an hour later, so I grabbed it)!

I walked in earlier than my appointment time, signed in on the computer, grabbed my number, and waited for a minute or two max before being called in. It took maybe 10-15 minutes for the entire process and I was out of the door quickly.

The employees were pleasant and professional. Highly recommended!

This locations’ staff was professional, polite, and friendly. I went on a Thurs morning and the wait time was not bad at all. There were not a lot of seats; but they seem to process people relatively quickly. Overall good experience. Also, double check dmv website prior to arriving to ensure you have all that you need. Camera pictures are not acceptable. I say this only because someone did this and was sent to obtain a hard copy.

Went in at 8 for license renewal left out at 8:20. Very happy with customer service since i work in virginia its the closes office to have it taken care of.

They took me is as a walk in even before 11:00. Once I got back there, Examiner Richardson got me in and out. Nice and professional.

We had a 9:15 appt in Roanoke Rapids that we had gotten a few months ago because it is so hard to find an appointment anywhere around Raleigh. They told us we had to wait till our appointment time to sign in, but after that we only waited like 5 minutes. The lady helping us was very nice very efficient and very helpful. She was multitasking between answering the phones greeting people coming in the door and testing my daughter. Computers worked great, they had failed while my daughter was taking her test in the Goldsboro office. The woman, without even asking she gave us the real ID since we had all the documents, which we definitely wanted. Everyone in the lobby was so nice and talkative while we waited as well. It was one of my best trips to the DMV.

I had a chance to visit the office in Roanoke Rapids today. The visit was pleasant and informative. The ladies were knowledgeable answered my questions. I was very much at ease.

It was an amazing experience. Unfortunately I forget officers name. It was window 3 lady was an amazing, beautiful bright smile and great energy. She was professional and great service. I had a blessed experience. Thank you

Great experience today getting my license renewed. I signed in at 8:45 for my 9:00 appointment and was done by 9:10. Highly recommend this location for a license renewal.

This is by far the best DMV I've been to. Had an appointment and got in on time. The lady that greeted me at the door was so friendly and congratulated me on my marriage (I was there to chanhe my name). The lady that helped me was very nice and actually seemed to enjoy her job unlike the rude employees at the other DMVs I've been to. She even asked me if I wanted to go ahead and get my real ID and went ahead and got that taken care of even though I wasn't initially going to since I didn't have proof of residence on me. She made the process super easy. She made actual conversation and asked about my job and took time to finish up our conversation rather than run me out in rush.

I had everything done in literally 15 minutes and it was a streamlined process. I couldn't have better things to say about this location

I had a two thirty appointment and was seen right away! The lady who serviced me was so nice and made the process of changing my last name and updating my driver's license so smooth!

Very fast and courteous service. Considering the circumstances the employees are faced with operating under, they're doing a great job! If they could remove the photo of the clown in chief it would greatly improve the decor!

Always courteous, helpful & professional. I can only imagine how difficult their job must be because they are not only providing a service that requires knowledge of the ever changing laws but also must utilize customer service skills to an array of customers who most always seem unhappy to be there.

The ladies were fast, efficient, and very polite. They made it an enjoyable experience. Never been to a Dmv where I really didn't mind being there.

Best experience I’ve had in a long time at any DMV or registration office. Professional, knowledgeable and quick. Can’t ask for more than that.

At the time I went, it was appointment only and they asked for the confirmation # before they allowed me to enter. But because of this, there were no crowds, very calm, easy to take care of what I needed.

This was my third time going to my local DMV, no longer do you haft to sign in with a pencil, they have a touch screen computer that you "state" your business to, and it gives you a number, its quick and efficient!

Michael Williams was very helpful and professional in assisting me today. Very refreshing to have quality service at the DMV.
