From the moment you walked through the door, you were greeted with the warm and welcoming aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The friendly staff behind the counter quickly welcomed you and took your order with a smile, making sure to answer any questions you had about the menu items.

While waiting for your drink, you couldn't help but notice the comfortable and inviting atmosphere of the cafe. The cozy seating arrangements and soothing background music made for a perfect place to relax and enjoy your beverage.

When your drink arrived, you were pleasantly surprised by its presentation and the delicious taste. It was clear that the barista had taken care to craft your drink with attention to detail and skill.

Overall, your experience at Starbucks was nothing short of excellent. The staff were attentive, the atmosphere was cozy, and the drinks were fantastic. You can't wait to visit again soon and try out more of the menu items!

This location is perfectly situated off of I95. Plenty of parking and the staff is friendly and quick with my order. Nice to chatter with others after a long drive and getting coffee to perk me up. Will visit again

One of the best locations. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. My drinks are always made right and even with the busy 95 traffic, my wait time is no longer then average in the mornings!!

I’m giving 5 stars purely because this Starbucks has charmin ultra soft toilet paper and they deserve the recognition for having such soft toilet paper.

I always love visiting my home location❤❤❤. They always get my drink right even when they are slammed packed full of people. I just wish the customers who go there weren't so nasty to the hard working people of Starbucks.

The drinks we ordered were Carmel macchiato and double fudge frappachino. The service was great and it took no time for us to get our drinks in the drive thru. Thank you for the amazing experience!!

This has become a regular stop on our way up and down 95. Nice people, plenty of space inside and out. Enough parking to avoid traffic jams. Coffee and food, what's to say? It's Starbucks!

Employees were courteous and I got my order not long after I placed it and the atmosphere is great. Would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Normally, they are slow. They were slow on Sunday when I stopped by on my road trip to get water to take medication. I also ordered a frap. Waited in line for a while to get the order completed but the young man who took my order was so pleasant and kind. He was a young African American male with dreads or twists, I believe. I did not catch his name. But I thanked him for being so kind because customer service is not what it used to be, so I appreciate it when I receive good service nowadays. Just wanted to give him some recognition at this location!

This location is closed! So don’t get off 95!

The cleanest and friendliest Starbucks that I’ve been to my entire trip. These ladies are very quick and I’m sure some may take it as an attitude. They are just trying to get us moving. If you want to get in and out of a decent coffee shop, I’d recommend this stop.

Excellent coffee and service. We initially stopped at a competitor in the area and was very disappointed.

Very friendly but could be a bit more organized behind the bar! They were so crowded with only 3 people staffed and they kept a really upbeat friendly attitude despite the rush.

Went thru the drive thru - 5th in line.... didn't take long to make it thru and get our drinks. They made our drinks exactly the way we asked and were friendly.

The guy at the window was totally awesome… I didn’t get his name, but he was very pleasant and I like that when I go someplace that people are friendly and welcoming. And I only went through the drive-through, which was not even busy!

We found this Starbucks location while passing through. The staff was very friendly and the location's very nice. Would definitely recommend!

Hello everybody. I want to take a moment to make a comment so everyone can see it. On behalf of a barista at this location, please understand that we are going through a rough patch at the moment. We are having to change our hours for a reason I will not state, so if we are not open, I am truly sorry. However, understand that we are human as well. We are not robots that can't get sick (and to respond to some other reviews) or not make mistakes, we are humans just like you. We do our best every day we work to make sure that our store is beautiful, our drinks are made correct and our customers are happy. Some of us just less patient than others, but as I previously stated, we are human. On behalf of all my fellow coworkers, thank you for understanding and bearing with us through our rough patch.

We just stopped at this store after having placed an online order. My wife accidentally ordered from a store 40 minutes south so when we arrived, of course our order wasn’t ready much to our dismay despite placing the order 25 minutes prior. The manager, Tiera (sp?) and her staff were FANTASTIC in righting the order promptly despite having a busy cafe! Thank you Roanoke Rapids Starbucks, Tiera, and staff for the overwhelming hospitality, superb customer service, and making our experience memorable beyond belief especially in the country’s current climate (covid)!

Cooler weather was calling my name for a hot drink, so I thought I would check to see if any peppermint drinks had shown up on the menu yet. 😁 But no, not yet. 😆 I ordered from the mobile app and picked my white chocolate mocha up in the store. They weren't too busy, had plenty of workers, and I got my drink quick. It was a good stop.

Amazing staff at this Starbucks. I stop every Friday on my way home. Usually very busy and sometimes slow but my drink is always right. I usually am there around 630 so I can understand why it’s busy.
