New Dixie Mart

I would like to pay a compliment to Makayah. I had a problem with one of the pumps and she was so kind and professional. She walked with me to the pump to help determine the problem and her customer service skills were outstanding. I really appreciate how she went out of her way to help me. :)

Absolutely the worst customer service I believe I have ever see. Tracy that works the morning shift. Doesn't say hello when you walk in the store, walks outside to smoke a cigarette when you're waiting to get checked out, talks on the phone on several visits and doesn't even say thank you after checking you out. I'll probably just go somewhere else.The store is in good shape though.

Don't advertise open 24/7 if that surely isn't the case at 12:10am!!!!! Maybe the "old" dixie mart was better?????
