I recently rented a storage unit at Life Storage, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Harley, the manager, greeted me with a warm smile and genuine interest in helping me find the perfect storage solution. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different unit sizes and amenities available, taking the time to understand my needs and ensure I got exactly what I needed.

Throughout the rental process, Harley went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. She patiently answered all of my questions and provided valuable insights to help me make the best decision for my storage needs. Her professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive.

I am not one to review a storage facility since it’s typically a pretty straight forward deal. BUT I had a wonderful e patience storing my items here between moves. What made it special was the guy working at this location. Cale, was hospitable upon our arrival, made us feel super comfortable and then our kids lost our key a few months ago. He popped right up and helped us, with the same warm and hospitable personality. The facilities were nice, but Cale made it great.

I was so impressed with the staff. They were so kind and helpful. They made a stressful move so much easier. If anyone is looking for a storage unit, I highly recommend Life Storage!

Easily signed up online. Employee Cael was quick to follow-up with me personally to confirm a few things and asked if I needed anything else. When we went to see the facilities both Cael and Harley were most helpful in answering questions and showing us around. They were both very professional and courteous. Facilities were beyond what I expected.

I needed to downsize to a smaller unit and the process was made very simple. Harley was friendly and very helpful. She provided excellent customer service. This location is very clean, always clean no matter when I visit.

Very nice and helpful people at the front desk. Clean and neat all around. Nice dealing with this place, except the ringing that’s actually worse than the ringing in my own ears, but doesn’t seem to bother the employees. 😊

Stopped by today 9-29-2020 to put some items in my storage unit. I actually had to get a second unit as we are planning to relocate and I needed more space. Because of this I have two access codes. When neither of them worked at the first door I tried, I went to another door. When that didn't work, I happen to push the call button. As it was 6:30 p.m. oh, I did not expect any answer but I did get a reply. The friendly voice said to wait and she would be right there. Alicia Davis appeared shortly thereafter in her car with her two small children. She had been working late, and will not obligated to provide after hours took the initiative to do so. In fact she was going to assist some other people who were having issues. Then she came back to help me. When she couldn't get my codes to work, she took the time to create new codes for me so that I could access the facility. Lifestorage is fortunate have a professional, friendly, manager who is willing to go out of her way to help people. This is true customer service. The company would do well to give her some special recognition and perhaps a financial reward to keep such a person on their staff.

I certainly recommend this facility and again I deeply appreciate and thank Aleisha Davis for her assistance on a rainy evening.
