Publix Pharmacy at Hoffman Village

Just switched to Publix pharmacy from CVS, and so far the service is great! The pharmacist is very polite and prompt with getting me my meds when I pick them up.

My wife hated going to the grocery store and usually I went until we discovered Publix. Now we look forward to shopping there together. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of grocery items. We especially like the locally prepared items that we can just pop into the microwave or oven.

Stars are a little compicated...5 stars for the pharmacy. Always helpful and I have found them to be cheaper on every med I have needed. They keep me up to date when refills are ready, since I get them every 3 months, by text message, which is very convenient for me. I have never had a problem out of the pharmacy or any of the staff.

Now for the store. 4 stars because it is exceptionally clean and we'll staffed with very friendly people who always offer to help you.

If I could have I would give the rest of this portion 0 stars. I feel all of this staff comes at a cost that is marked up to us customers. Prices on every single thing in the store that I have compared to Bi-Lo, Food Lion, Walmart and Ingles have come out significantly higher. I can do without the extra bells and whistles and get the exact same product cheaper. I just could not live with myself buying a more expensive product knowing I could have bought something else for another meal with the saving I got from another store. Sorry, but your store caters to the rich and it is very obvious to anyone who comes in there. You either feel you belong or don't. I just come to the pharmacy, get my meds and go. At first would look around store, but not even interested now.

Amazing service. Went there today. It was Awesome. Ill go there for special occasions. Clean place. Nice nice staff. (Alil pricy) but everythings fresh so the price is worth it tbh. Enjoy it. Just opened not to long ago and I love it. Hope you enjoy anyone who goes

We love going to Publix the seafood is fresh and there sushi is on point!!!!!! The staff are very nice and helpful. This is my spot to come and shop hands down.
