Dunkin'

My sister and I purchased decaf coffee at the Monkey Junction location and it was terrible!!! We were in the Mayfaire area and stopped at that Dunkin to get fresh coffee. The woman was so kind and she replaced our coffee for free even though she didn't have to. It's rare to find service like that now. We will definitely be going back there!

YA'LL ARE THE SWEETEST! The best staff are at this dunkin!! They always greet me with a smile and make my day!! They make delicious coffee and are always on top of it!! Thank ya'll for always being so awesome and for making my day! I love ya'll!!

Great location, wonderful selection of breakfast items and coffee. Customer service was excellent! Sadly were out of avocado on our visit but offered many other options. Not a normal situation though, we were real early and they were waiting on their truck to resupply.

Fast stop to get some delicious coffee and a donut friendly staff serving fresh coffee with a donut yummy

My husband and I got the cake batter signature latte on ice and it was so amazing!! They did a great job and it's now our favorite iced coffee drink. Thanks dunkin and keep up the good work.

The crew at this Dunkin is AWESOME! They are often short-handed, yet do their absolute best to get customers in and out as quickly as they can! I've seen them go out of their way to respond to customer's special needs - even though it holds up the line for others - because they go that extra mile! Kudos guys!

EVERYONE is short-handed -- keep that in mind next time you want a cup of coffee or a meal. It is NOT the server's fault! Pack your patience if you're desperate for a freaking iced-coffee...besides, if it's going to irritate you to wait - you probably don't need the caffeine anyway!

The store recently had a change in management and ever since then the service has been great. Now I go here all the time and service is always amazing. Employees are always polite and they get my order right every time. I will be coming back for the foreseeable future.

I went through the drive through this morning to get a coffee and ended up getting the wrong thing. I think there was an issue with the speaker/microphone at the time. I couldn't run back in right away because I was headed into work. I went back on my lunch hour and explained that I had received the wrong thing this morning and they, quickly and politely, addressed my issue and gave me the correct drink for free. First impressions aren't everything. Sometimes mistakes happen and addressing it in a calm and polite manner will achieve a more desirable outcome.

amazing service!!! the staff are working their butts off every time i visit! they’re working with what they got and they have good attitudes about it! the manager, a young man (wilson i think?) is so superb! much better than their old management. love how he’s turned the store around from what it used to be!

I don't know why I see so many bad reviews here. I go here all the time and I have never been dissatisfied. The staff is friendly and helpful, and often times I'm given a helpful recommendation, like pumpkin spice flavoring in my coffee coolata, or sale tip I didn't know like the other day I went to buy a dozen donuts and the cashier offered me a BOGO on my donuts I didn't know about! Every time I go, it's very clean and the Kcup coffee and coffee cup display always looks attractive.
I used to work in the fast food business, and I can tell you they are doing a fine job!

Used to not be great all the time, but they have a new manager that really seems to be on top of things. He’s made things run a lot smoother and I’m happy to come through all the time now. And, of course, the coffees are the best!

I've revised this review as with the opening of the new Oleander location and the improvement in the Military Cutoff store, Dunkin Donuts has finally stepped up its game.
Donuts in both stores were fresh and adequately stocked, the employees were friendly, and the orders correct. The Market street location still stinks...

Bacon avocado sandwich was amazing! Olivia and Samira were very friendly and helpful!

I’ve been going every morning at 7:00 AM for a month now. Darius ( I hope I spelled it correctly) is the the BEST! He is always so polite and friendly. See y’all tomorrow

I go to this location 3 to 4 times a day and the employees are always friendly and as a regular they have my coffee on the counter right when they see me walk in the door and great me everyday with a smile

Great Coffee (black with turbo shot). Love Sour Cream Donuts! Sausage Wraps! And Everything Bagel Sandwiches! Remodel coming soon I hear!

I love this Dunkin. Kristen and the young man at the window in the mornings are both so sweet.

Always so much faster than the other locations and they make my coffee perfect every time.

Very nice employees. Excellent iced latte. Too bad I won't be in this area very long.

I go here literally everyday. They call me the macchiato guy lol always a pleasure to see the staff.
