Chandler, Shadavia and Chase are amazing! My nonprofit organization often needs prints, this store always gets it right and they turn out beautiful every time. Great prices, customer service and quick turn around for orders. They also recently printed my bonus daughter’s birthday invites which came out adorable complete with envelopes.
From work needs to party needs and everything inbetween - this location is the best ❤

Shadavia is such an asset to your team! She greeted me at the door. She was friendly and kind. She took the time to answer my questions with patience and accuracy. Chandler was so amazing! I always dread returning the stuff I buy online but she made my experience SO quick, pleasant, and easy. She went out of her way to find the perfect package and supply me with all the information I needed for tracking. I was so impressed by the good vibes, cleanliness, and overall store ambiance. Ebony is awesome! I accidentally dropped off the wrong Amazon package for return and called the next morning only to find out it had already been boxed up and ready to be mailed out. She personally called me a few hours later to let me know that she found my item and I could come swap it out. She saved me a ton of hassle with Amazon and was very professional and friendly.

Tamara did a great job figuring out how to fit everything into the return box. The handle on the unit was stuck and she figured it out, packed it up, and shipped it back.

I've had to return two separate packages on two separate occassions recently and I must say that the friendliness and helpfulness I received from Ebony was amazing. Great customer service, helpfulness and knowledge. She answered all my questions about returns, and shipping my products without hesitatio. I always have a pleasant encounter when coming to this UPS store. Usually the wait time is not long. Ebony assisted me today and she was friendly and professional. She prepared my shipment quickly and accurately. I plan on coming back to this location to send off more boxes.

I came in and was helped by Shadavia with an Amazon return.. I didn’t know what to do but she sure did and had it handled in a very timely manner. Very clean store and very pleasant staff. Will definitely be back.

The other day I went into the UPS store to have Slayers printed off. This is definitely store. I will be using from now on because of the employee Shadavia. When I went into the store, I was Unprepared but she was super patient and very nice. I really wish I could give this store 10 stars.

Chandler and Ebony are two of the most helpful UPS employees I’ve ever encountered. I had a very large item that needed to be packaged and shipped and they helped every step of the way. The item arrived in perfect condition and was packaged perfectly! 10/10 recommend them 👏

I needed a label printed and a package wrapped to return a valuable item. I didn’t realize that my label was for the USPS. The woman was very kind and printed the label and also printed the reason for return slip and wrapped the package. All I had to do was drop it at the USPS.

I am an artist and have shipped many paintings through this store. Chandler has been absolutely wonderful in her customer service and gone way beyond expectations. I only ship my art through this store because they are great to work with to create multiple sizes of boxes for each piece I bring in and they have been so kind to work with. I would highly recommend them! Chandler in particular is just awesome!
