The employees are always kind here. I absolutely love this location. I go almost every morning on my commute to work, and every single time, the employees brighten my day. Happy valentine's!

I’m a regular at this particular starbucks, and the staff is outstanding. Some of them know my order by memory, some even know my name. I usually get the same thing every time, and almost always it comes out perfectly and even on the times that is hadn’t, they have offered to remake it at no charge.

I choose this starbucks because the service is usually very fast, and the staff are all very kind.

It's important to stop and appreciate great service in these days when that can be hard to find often.

On my visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and friendliness of my barista. She was genuinely cheerful and offered a smile. (I am a Starbucks fanboy and I can testify that this, unfortunately, is a rarity. Just getting a "hello" or even eye contact is cause for celebration, usually.)

I ordered a coffee cake and grande (medium) hot tea. My coffee cake came up quickly but as I waited, I noted that my tea never got called. After some time, I walk back up and it turned out the tea was missed.

She was immediately apologetic and felt awful about the issue. I said it was not a problem but she repeated how sorry she was and offered me the larger venti right away and apologized once more. She clearly wanted to be sure I was satisfied.

It turned to be a wonderful experience and I left impressed by the care and responsiveness of the the staff here.

They can make good coffee at this location. I can honestly say this Starbucks is worth checking out. It was pretty busy inside but the team members were handling it well and pushing out the drinks.

My morning dose of sunshine every day:) I’m perpetually greeted with the warmest welcome whether mobile order, inside order or drive thru. The personnel (all personel, I visit at all times during the day) are authentically generous, personable, and kind. I’m addressed as “Otis”, my Navy nickname, for I shared it with them, I only allow my closest of friends to address me as “Otis”. I drive to this Starbucks intentionally bypassing others, for instance, if I’m across town, knowing I’ll receive a happy beam of sunshine on a cloudy day😎

I've traveled and experienced multiple Starbucks' across the country and the staff at this Starbucks is irreplaceable. I have been treated like family the entire time I've lived here and they never skip a beat. Every time I walk in there is a genuine reaction of being thrilled to see me and they are invested in me as a person, which is what I feel a lot of business' are missing this day in age.

Every other Starbucks just doesn't feel the same. Thank you to the staff at this location for making me feel important every single time I walk in the door.

Shout out to Veronica for saving the day! Drinks for pickup were missing and the other employees were so busy they couldn’t stop to help. Veronica saw us standing there for a while and made time to come over and figure out what was going on. We had our drinks made in seconds!

Drinks were perfect! Store was super clean. When walking in I was kindly greeted by Haya, Lisa, and Kayla. All three of these lovely ladies were doing a great job! I will definitely be coming back and I look forward to their kind smiles :)

Listen, you a whole fool if you ain’t coming into this Starbucks location! Every single barista I have come into contact with-mind you, I go every single morning before work-is helpful, friendly, and absolutely delightful! The service is extraordinary and the drinks always taste consistently great! Appreciate all you guys and look forward to all your smiling faces before work every morning! Best Starbucks in Wilmington. The staff is always friendly and are elated when I bring in my toddler neice (shes loves to tip them and get a treat). Sho the barista is always so friendly and easy to talk to, plus their drinks are always on point!

The manager (Moe) today was amazing! Excellent customer service. We spilt a tetra coffee in our vehicle and Moe gave us another one and towels to help us clean up. Very impressed with her customer service! Love this Starbucks!

I have been to this location lots of times and I love it more and more each time. Lisa and Chloe are so nice and make me the best drinks. They are so nice and make me feel special!

I stop at this Starbucks every morning on my way to walk at Poplar Grove Plantation, and it has become an essential part of my daily routine. Their Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino is simply the best, and it never fails to kickstart my day

Today myself, my husband, and 22 month old toddler were enjoying the weather next door at Broomtails beer garden. My toddler got upset about something, as toddlers do, and my husband scooped him up to go for a calm down walk. They walked 100 feet to this Starbucks to say Hi (redirect my toddler from his meltdown) the amazing barista immediately noticed my little guy was upset and handed him a cake pop and flashes a big smile. Needless to say my toddler and my husband's day were made. Will be going out of my way to hit this Starbucks up whenever possible!

Met the new manager as I sought out a solid cup of coffee Thursday morning. Abby Mortensen warmly greeted me as we stood in line. Abby recommended a new medium brew in a pour-over. It was as delicious as she reported it to be. She went back and made it herself. A great manager can empower a business! This Starbucks restaurant is flourishing, but their new manager will create a faithful crowd!

Great quick stop for a coffee fix. Went in the drive thru and was very quick for the line of cars. It was less than 10 minutes and I found that to be very quick. I got 4 coffees, everything was accurate and was served with a smile. Very friendly location to get service. No issues and would go to this location again.

All Starbucks are not created equal- a s this is one of the best in town! When they had temporary changes in supplies and in the store hours they provided updates frequently. These folks are so nice and so fast! A good experience every time.

Great experience. The batista was great he was so kind and ground the coffee for me. He took my drink order and was fast an efficient. I was there for a mentorship meeting so the clean and semi private environment was wonderful.

The drinks took a bit to be made, but in all fairness they are at the corner of an extremely busy intersection, it was 5pm, and their drive through was very busy so I don't think the approx 10 minutes I waited was that big of a deal.

That said, the quality of the drinks was amazing. I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha and a Carmel cappuccino. They were delicious hot and the coffee was fresh ground.

I definitely recommend this Starbucks.
