The Fresh Market

This Grocery Store is my favorite in Wilmington. They have the most fresh, high-quality selection of vegetables and meats. The cheese and deli bar is unmatched by any other grocery store. The service in all departments is excellent. They have deals almost every day of the week. My favorite deal is the Tuesday meat deal. This Grocery Store is a must-try if you visit or live in the area.

I forgot how lovely and quaint this place is! Super quality meats are sold here amongst other sundries. Felt like I was in a European village for a minute while strolling the aisles. I stopped by here after checking out some new books in at Cameron Village Library after church.

To say this is a beautiful grocery is not enough to how beautiful being in there is! When you don't have a grocery store like this in your town it's a treat just to be in there an experience something really cool

Literally not even a minute ago I had just about the most amazing costumer service I’ve ever experienced! They’re so receptive, kind and eager to work with their costumer! I wouldn’t want to go to any other grocery store after this!

This is my favorite grocery store whether I am taking advantage of their incredible meal deals or if I have a special occasion- I wouldn't dare shop anywhere else!

I would not typically rate a grocery store, but this place was way better than any grocery store chain I've ever been in. Some of the best steaks we've ever purchased from a meat counter. We were looking for butter and they had a container of Duck Fat! Amazing flavor. They had so many unusual things that my own small town never has.

Having my 1st Yule, and they are the only place in town that had pre-made last-minute Yule Log cakes. I bought both flavors! And they are DELICIOUS!

Unique shopping experience. Great atmosphere in the store. Good selection of Dave's Killer bread products. This is a shop definitely worth your time to come check out. You will find it to be a different shopping experience.

Drove here from Jacksonville and decided to stop in and check it out. The customer service here is outstanding. The store manager John asked if he could help in any way, and gave my daughter a cookie. Super friendly gentleman, he took the time to tell is what sets Fresh Market apart from other grocery stores and was very helpful, even the cashier said that she loves working for him because he is so nice. This place has so many cool things that other grocery stores don't have like bulk coffee &candy, and more! Plus they make you feel like a valued customer. I will definitely be back, totally worth the drive!

As always, the Mayfair Fresh Market's staff "makes my day," with an ever clean store, enough that there isn't any apprehension at using the store's restroom. The prices are no doubt higher than the typical grocery store, is; Walm~rt, Food Lion or Publix, but everybody always agree to pay a little extra if they go to the same place to obtain their groceries if they like the store.

I love this store! It has candy that is made without palm oil, lots of it! It is always one of the cleanest stores, and the staff is always so friendly it's like I've left North Carolina and found where people actually smile. They are helpful when you are looking for something, they are always friendly and always keeping the place clean orderly and the customers satisfied. The question is can we bring some of these happy and productive people to Southport because we could really use some in Southport!

I went in there for moolala milk and was pleasantly surprised to find it on sale. Prices are expensive if you're not buying things on sale but I found plenty of good deals and sales to keep me happy today :-) they have a lot of products that I have not seen at other stores including Costco and trader Joe's.

The Easter Prime-rib dinner for two was superb. Portions were perfect. Prime rib was tasty and tender. Vegetables were a good complement.

I always use The Fresh Market for all of my meat needs along with some other things. The butcher is always nice, professional and gets it all tied and trimmed for me. I had an experience recently that there is no need to get into but I left the store curious, was I in the wrong? I called and spoke to the deli manager and I had originally asked for a corporate number bc sometimes you don’t always get the best service at the store level so late in the evening the night before Easter. Well I was wrong the service I received was wonderful. The deli manager immediately got me in the phone with Brenda one of the store managers and she had it handled in minutes. I went to the store the next morning to pick up my order and was greeted by Brenda along with James. They handled the situation quickly and professionally. That customer service is why I will return again and again to that store! Thank you again Brenda and your team for making my unhappy experience into a wonderful one!

This is a really nice place great products, they have lots of delicious cooked foods, very helpful ladys at food counters aswell as their cashiers they always have a smile.😀

The Fresh Market Valentine’s Meal for pick up was the deal of the century. The pick up at Mayfaire was easy and organized. We received all of our goodies in a reusable shopping bag and simple cooking instructions were included. All of the food was excellent and the portions were huge! Thank you for making our Valentines so special!

If you're intolerant to foods this is your store. Not as much thinking here. You can eat almost anything. I love it. Great sales every week. $2.99 for both fresh chicken breast and ground Chuck a pound. Almost every holiday they have roses and chocolates deals starting at $10. The fruit is imported from everywhere. Cotton candy grapes that are very good to name one. Same with veggies. Not bad prices for the organic selection.

Needed a ginger syrup so my beloved could have her favorite lemonade an bourbon sidecar.
