From the moment my wife and I walked into the store, we felt welcome. Adam was very friendly and helpful without adding any pressure to the purchase. We were looking to furnish our new beach house and the items he had in stock were a perfect fit for our needs. Prior to coming here, we visited multiple stores and couldnt find what we liked for a reasonable price. When we walked away we felt like we had made a friend rather than conducting a business transaction. Highly recommended!

We've bought all of our furniture from this place. Extremely convenient, very affordable, and very kind staff. We always look forward to getting new things and they make it all the better.

And I'm not joking. It is AFFORDABLE.

Although I didn't buy from here, I will say I was very pleased with the customer service. Ask for Bianca. She's knowledgeable, relatable and listens to the needs of the customer. The only reason I didn't buy is because I wasn't ready, not because I didn't want to. Prices and quality are both good.

Sales girl was very pleasant and helpful. She greeted me when I walked in & when I told her what I was looking for she steered me in the right direction. Wasn't pushy and didn't rush me at all. I fell in love with the 1st couch I sat in but I still went to 3 other stores...2 of which had the couch I loved for $300 & $600 more than this place. By the end of the day I called back here & placed my order.

This was our first stop in search of a sectional and we found one we loved immediately. We also left with a new bedroom set as well because we saved so much money on the sectional. We are so happy with the items we bought. The quality is great and being able to get our items same day and bring them home was what we wanted. Before you shop at the stores where you have to wait months for your items to be delivered, definitely go here first! We are happy we did. Also, Bianca was very helpful with all questions we had and quickly got a feel for the style we were looking for which made the process quick & easy. Can’t say enough good things!

Recently moving from another country i had to start over with all new furniture and typically it would take a toll financially. At Furniture4Less the staff provided outstanding assistance. Guiding me directly to what i was looking for my brand new house and at the best price i can possibly imagine! Highly recommend anyone and everyone to go here. Great prices and even a better selection!

The staff was great! We recently bought a recliner from them and they were exceptionally caring about loading it! I just started chemo and needed a chair to go in my bedroom. I'm at a high risk of getting sick and they washed their hands before loading the chair without being asked. Would definitely shop there again.

We bought two recliners at a great price, Bianca was amazing, clean store, delivery vendor on time. Hauled out old furniture for small fee delivered and set up electric recliners as I'm a disabled veteran. Wife used hers a couple of times and the recline and return started to catch I called Bianca she placed me on hold for a minute and asked what time would be a good time to swap out the recliners. This was at 12:45 told her between 2-3pm would be fine. Not sure if it was the manager or the owner showed up at 2:50 with the swap out recliner in his personal truck. Keep in mind I live in Warsaw NC, 50 miles or so from Jacksonville. I will be a repeat customer

I have been driving by this place since it opened and just happened to stop by this week. They have a great variety of colors and furniture. Bianca and her other male coworker (sorry I cant remember his name) were absolutely amazing. She was super excited and so kind and the guy really amazed me with his honesty. A sofa I was interested in buying one of the headrest didnt work (a kid had broke it or they had swapped motors, i cant really remember the details) he was honest about it and said the warranty on the couches are so great that it would be fixed with no hassle. Me and my husband decided to buy it on a thursday afternoon and called friday morning to have them hold it by that afternoon the motor had been delivered to the store and it was in the process of being fixed *mind blown*.
(side note) Me and my husband don't really put value on material things so we are always dressed down and we drive around in low mile 1990s vehicles. we usually get judged very harshly by this and treated like absolute trash when in actuality we can buy whatever we want. Bianca was so sweet and showed me a variety of priced furniture. Her sincerity and kindness toward me let me know there are still gems in this world that see a person for who they are and not by what they portray on the outside. I will highly recommend this establishment and will be referring all of my coworkers and friends to them.

Nothing fancy, just good furniture for low prices.

This place is top notch! We searched EVERYWHERE for a specific, apparently super popular, sectional to complete our kids movie room for Christmas. This is the only place we could find it! We live hours away but they agreed to deliver it for a reasonable fee. Not only were they punctual, they managed to move this huge sectional to our third floor! The guys who delivered ours work for the actual store itself and did a great job representing this company. They knew what they were doing and did it fast and efficiently. I cannot recommend this place enough, they definitely deserve more than 5 stars!

Me and my husband were looking for a new couch and as soon as we walked in we were greeted. We told them our budget and they worked with us and we came out with a brand new sectional. We even bought it an hour before they closed and they still managed to have it delivered and put in my house the same night. They are wonderful!

My husband and I just left the store extremely happy. We bought the table we wanted and were looking for, for the best price in the city. The staff is amazing, super polite and the only store we went to that actually had a good staff that cares about the costumer and their needs. Love it, we’ll definitely come back!

Absolutely great experience! Went in looking for a reasonably priced king suite set and found the farmhouse theme of my dreams. All thanks to shelbe and her patience with me and my pickiness I was able to get a beautiful set. Delivery was great too, one of the items was damaged and the delivery gentlemen took it back and brought brand new ones. Very good problem solving skills. We will be back for our livingroom furniture soon. Thanks!

Our salesperson was knowledgeable and gracious when we explained that we couldn't buy today. She measured the chair we we're interested in and got us quotes on leather and microfiber. After all that she was most gracious when we explained we could not buy today. We will definitely be back to buy the lift chair we want from her. Way to go Bianca.
