I lost one of the stones from my engagement ring right before my anniversary. Morris Jewelers was able to fix it flawlessly. My ring is 10 years old, but looks brand new again. My husband & I have been customers of Morris Jewelers for more than 30 years. I can honestly say that we have never been disappointed with anything we've ever bought from them. Michael himself is always so very pleasant and helpful with everything from assisting us in purchasing jewelry, to jewelery repairs, to watch purchases & repairs (even to older watches & jewelry that belonged to our parents & grandparents), & even down to cleaning & checking my jewelry when I come into the store. I totally trust him with handling & keeping my diamond jewelry, if need be, to make sure everything has been repaired correctly & that is up to his own high standards (before returning it to me). In these days, I know people are skeptical about leaving their precious jewelry pieces at a jeweler (since so many have been duped by having stones replaced with cheap versions by con-men ...but you never have to worry about anything like that with Michael!! He is an honest & caring jeweler!!)!
