I bought a fairly expensive watch online and needed a reputable jeweler to adjust the band. I stopped in here and I believe it was the owner that came out to assist me. He did a fantastic job on the spot and although he had to adjust it twice, he still didn't charge me. I have found my new jeweler in town.

Excellent customer service, beautiful product. My fiance custom designed my engagement ring and it's so beautiful and special - I just love it! We feel valued, appreciated and taken care of everytime we go in. Highly recommend checking them out!

I was looking for a local jeweler in the area, so I posted the question on Facebook and the majority of the replies were go to Facet Foundry. So I went there and the atmosphere was so inviting. Kate welcomed me and made me feel at home. She was very attentive to my needs. Brent was amazing as well. They don’t know how much of a blessing they were to me today. I got in my car a cried because they really were so genuine. There are still awesome Angels in this world. So don’t hesitate when looking for your next jeweler. You won’t be disappointed.

I was so excited when I picked up my wedding rings yesterday. After wearing for 56+ years they were definitely showing their age but they look like the day we were married, all shiny and new. Loving them! Thanks Brent and Facet Foundry staff.

Facet Foundry and their staff are the best. And they are located in Gaston County. They have the most beautiful and unique pieces. Repairs can be done as well. I have several pieces minted and one of a kind. Great experience!

They are wonderful to deal with. I had a great experience as they are honest and so knowledgeable. I am rough on jewelry and they know just how to fix my damage every time. Their custom jewelry is beyond beautiful.

They took my mom's poor little hand-cut diamond, which had been trapped in a claustrophobic re-built setting for decades, and breathed glorious new life into it with the most BEAUTIFUL band that highlights its uniqueness and lets it see the sun again. Rather than sniffing at its small size and outdated, misshapen cut, they treated it like the one-of-a-kind precious memento that it is, and I cannot thank them enough. (Not to mention they handed me tissues when I started crying my eyeballs out!)

They also polished up and re-sized my engagement amethyst, which now shines like it did the night he proposed. I even got to meet and thank the jewelers who worked on my rings!

These folks understand that value isn't always measured in carats or dollar signs - it is measured in emotion. These pieces hold great significance to me not because of what the market says they're worth, but because they symbolize two people who are dear to my heart (one of whom is now gone). I get to have a part of my loved ones with me every day, and thanks to the hard work and gentle care from Facet Foundry I'm wearing a great big smile every time I look at them!

Please, if you have any pieces that have significance in your heart, take them to Facet Foundry for any work they may need done. These folks GET IT, and will treat your jewelry with the love and respect you'd want it to be treated with by a professional. Truly, it's magical how good it feels to work with them.

Found this awesome green agate vintage cameo ring. Absolutely love it! Earnestine was awesome... didn't go in to purchase anything but saw this and was sold!

This was my second visit to this place and ooohhhh…Do I love all the pretties! The first time around I bought a pair of gold hoops that were just perfect. Not gaudy or too heavy, they dip down far enough to be seen at the bottom of my hair. Yellow gold, without that brassy sheen that gold can get.

This visit I was with others and drooled over the silver display. The pieces in this particular case were Irish flavored and ooooo sooo pretty. Considering it was the day after St. Paddy’s, it felt like serendipity. I just couldn’t not get the lovely pendant. The other pieces swirled into with silver with a Celtic flair. .. Me Must Have !!!

The people who work there are lovely and unobtrusive. It’s a nice elegant place where you can have a pretty of your own.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I recently spoke with the saleswoman, Kate regarding an engagement ring and she took the time to help me far beyond my expectations. I brought a ring in a while back that was horribly warped and missing gems and they had it fixed and resized perfectly in a flash! Unfortunately, I now live a ways from the store, but I'm always going to go back to them anytime I'm in need of advice or the skills of a professional jeweler!

Just stopped by the store today shopping for a loved one. Wasn’t sure exactly what to get, but I had the best guidance from the employee Ty that works there. Ty was patient, knowledgeable, and understanding when it came to pointing us in the right direction. Definitely request for this guy! Also, Kate at Faucet Foundry was kind enough to take care of our jewelry during our visit. Needless to say we had a great experience, found what we needed, and were grateful for the staff. Will definitely be back for future purchases.

At my first visit to Faucet Foundry l discovered the staff was very knowledgeable. They educated me on the qualities of different gems. Kate helped me to narrow down what l liked. We found what l was looking for and l left very pleased with my purchase. Over the next several days l considered all the information Kate had given me. I went back and asked more questions. I decided to return my purchase. I was surprised by how understanding Kate was about my decision. She handled my return effectively and with a genuine smile on her face. She and the others were very interested in what l was looking for and gave me excellent ideas and showed me other pieces. I am extremely pleased with the service l received. I highly recommend them.

Could not have had a better experience to be completely honest. Kate was the one who helped us and she is a star. Helped my daughter stay patient while we figured everything out, and she was able to solve what I needed. The jewelry there is absolutely a head turner with every. The major custom aspect of what they do is what is bringing me back for wedding bands no doubt.

They managed to expedite when I would get my ring in order for me to be able to have it before our big Disney trip! The owner even personally delivered it to me when I was at work because I couldn’t go pick it up in time!
