Darlene has been amazing to work with for my storage needs. She has been available what feels like 24/7 for my questions and needs. I was in a bind for something and she went above and beyond! The facility was always clean and well maintained. Never had any issues and knew my belongings were safe. Will use again!

Lincoln self storage was a good experience for me. It was easy access, and all the boxes I had in there when I moved to NC were in excellent condition for the months I used it.

Rented a unit from Darlene at LSS for over a year. Nothing but positive things to say about the experience. She always communicated with me sending reminders on when the bill was due and she always showed the upmost respect towards me as a customer. Very clean unit also. I usually don't leave reviews, but in this case it's definitely worth letting others know what a great storage facility this is.
My husband and I have a unit with this company. We have the climate control unit, which helps protect our items from the heat.
We have found, this company's units are always clean and the facility is well lit at night.
They have secuity cameras monitoring the units 24/7. Also their gate is programed only to allow tenants to enter. Making this a safe facility.
Management has been knowledgeable about how to store and protect our items. They are very helpful and friendly.
Unit prices are reasonable. We were unable to find any other units cheaper than this company.
We will continue to use and recommend this business base on the great service they provide.
To the management, thanks for always insuring that our property is safe and secure.

Management is extremely nice and knowledgeable about how my items should be stored (climate or non climate controlled). Also, prices are reasonable, and the facility is extremely clean and well lit at night. I would definitely recommend renting from this company.

very impressed with my storage unit!! very clean and very safe!! I did have an issue with my lock the 2nd day trying to move in so I called Darlene at 10:00pm tonight and she rushed over to assist me and even replaced my lock for me with no questions asked!! she has been AMAZING throughout the whole process of renting my unit!! the climate control units are huge and definitely clean and affordable!! HIGHLY recommend this storage unit facility. I love the fact it's 24hrs!! Made moving this weekend sooo much easier!!

The manager Darlene is very helpful and friendly. The units are clean. The grounds are well kept. Smoking not allowed on premises which reduces the fire hazard.

I have used this facility and was very pleased. It is ALWAYS clean, orderly and the local manager is so very helpful. I have used other storage units locally and in other cities in past and none came close to Lincoln Storage. My husband and I would and have recommended this storage facility to anyone. We felt that our stored items were safe and clean.
