I was highly impressed with his patience, professionalism, and willingness to go way beyond what most people would do to ensure all my issues were taken care of. I could have saved $60. On my new phone charger if I would have went to Walmart.

We had such a great experience at this store. Heather went out of her way to explain what to expect when switching from At&t to Verizon. She was up front and clear about all costs and explained everything to us so everything was clear. She even got us a great deal and saved us money each month on our cell phone by switching. The switch was effortless and very smooth. We are super happy with our experience and will be definitely recommending to friends! Thank you!

I was at another Verizon store wanting a new phone. The guy there told me I should wait to save $9 and dismissed me. The next day I went to this store and Musaa was wonderful. He asked questions about what I need in a phone and recommended the perfect phone for me. He helped set it up, since I am not too savvy. There was no pressure to get a phone. He was nice, funny and a delight to do business with. I would highly recommend this store as everyone was nice. I felt Iike I was important. Thank you Musaa!

Went in with my mom to aid her with switching network’s wound up putting her on my plan. Bug was a major sweetheart assisted us very timely remembered numbers passwords Honest extremely helpful and a good sense of humor. We had a wonderful experience there definitely recommend coming in to get help especially getting Bugs wonderful aid. Big shout out to Bug

Dana and team were awesome. I didn't even know she was new until a little while in when she needed some help. She was professional and helpful and really personal. Was there for over three hours but all of that was out of their control. They were waiting on others to authorize a discount. But during that time I got to know their stories and felt like I had a personalized connection with the team. She was even thorough and let me take the time to pick out which case I wanted on my phone and I was being super picky! Will always come to this store for help again.

Great customer service! Kyra was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful with three issues regarding our phones. We came in with lots of questions and left with answers--and Kyra's invitation to return if we had any more questions. It's so reassuring to be able to have access to such a customer service oriented store and staff.

I went in last week and updated my Droid phone to a Galaxy. Bug was very helpful and professional in assisting me with choosing a phone that suited my needs. I appreciated her not trying to upcharge me at every turn. She had good energy and was respectful and professional across the board.

We went in and were wanting to sign up for a new plan. Joy made the process very easy and enjoyable. We were there for a few hours and she was very friendly and has great customer service! She Is very thorough and explained everything very well! Would recommend anyone I know to go see her who is looking to switch to Verizon.

Best experience in a Verizon Store Ever! Kyra and her team provided awesome customer. I went in to upgraded my phone and for reasons that were my fault this took longer than it should have. FYI make sure to frequently back up your phone. The staff never showed any signs of frustration with me even when it caused them to stay late to finish my transaction. I attribute this the the vibe that comes down from the store manager. I hope that her company recognizes her for her excellent job. Lastly, stop in and see them for all your phone needs. They have some great phone cases that actually come with protection if your phone is damaged while in the case. Also, ask the about the HUM for your vehicle. With that you'll be sure to know your vehicle is running like it should.

Musaa was incredible! Haven’t had a lot of great experiences with Verizon but this one put the other good ones (if any) to complete shame! I just needed to transfer my iCloud to my new phone and couldn’t do it at home for the life of me! Enter Musaa who PROfessionally and with incredible kindness helped us out! My aunt actually ended up getting a new phone basically because of the service we received! His laughter and joyful attitude durning this hard time made what could have been a awful experience an outstanding one!

Matt has done an excellent job of explaining all of my phone options. He is a very thorough and respectful assistant manager. I would highly recommend that you stop into the store for any help that you need with your Verizon service.

East Vancouver Verizon has a very polite and Very knowledgeable staff. Homero was patient and very knowledgeable so it made the process very smooth, even while he was training a co-worker

Staff was external helpful and worked together to make sure my need for a new tablet where met. John Mann not only was helping stuff and me to make sure it took as little time as possible.

I really like that I have been several time and work with John Mann. Every time he has took the time to review my account and be able to increase my data plan and save me money. I also was glad when on October 31 2015 John Mann call me to tell me that was a sale on on tablet.
