I did a walk in and they were very kind, I only waited a few minutes for them to attend me. the atmosphere is very calm!

Ladiesss!!! Let me tell you, this is the one!!!! I did not have to tell her to clean up my hang nails, or tell her to not make the acrylic to thick and she was HONEST about my nail shape choice when I asked her. She recommended what she would change to make my nails fit MY HAND! These are the key things I am looking for in my nail tech and she most definitely slayed. My nail Tech was Lan! I love it here, I'm new to the area so I was looking for a good place to go. The staff is very friendly, they provide excellent customer service and are very professional. They aren't like some of the other local shops I visited before going there...they didn't make me feel rushed, file my nails down until they burned, nor did they overcharge me. They made me feel very relaxed. I think I found a new home shop. Did I mention their work is beautiful too 🙂

Excellent job! They had to reshape my nails and they look just right. They took their time with the fill in as well as the polish application. It was my first time there but I'll be back again.

T did my Mani and Pedi. She took her time and didn't rush to make sure my nails were perfect. She does a great job. The salon is very friendly. Their prices are affordable. Would recommend this salon among most others in the surrounding area. I've been to most in Smithfield, Clayton, Garner, Dunn and Star nails is the best.

They did an amazing job! I'm fairly new to the area and went to a nail place near my house. They did a horrible job. I had my nails on for 2 weeks and looked like they had been on for a month. So I went to Star Nails to get them filled. They did a great fixing my nails from the horrible job done the first time. They look so natural for artificial nails. Thank you! I will definitely be going back!

Just got my nails done first time in many years. Small wait past appointment but they were so kind, and such great service it was well worth it! Kenny was amazing! I can see why they are always busy!

Tracy did a superior job at my facial waxing! She just as good and thorough as Ulta where I pay double.
I was really nervous having waxing done out if town but. .... No regrets!

My name is gloria holder I had an appointment at 3 rush to be on time when I got there Cindy was working on a client I waited about 15 minutes she runs water for me then left me soaking for 45 minutes when she finally started on my feet I asked her about my appointment time we were talking then the manager jumped into the conversation she told me if I didn’t like the service I should leave this manager didn’t know how to talk to a customer maybe because I am black I know she is not from here but she need some major customer service help I want be going there again

I've been in clayton for 2 years and I have been to every nail place around here and as far as Raleigh. I was at star nails in clayton for the second time. Let me tell you when I say perfection it's all that. So perfect and none of that up charges that these other places do just to make an extra buck. The owners are very good with every one who walks in and don't think you are getting out of the door without them checking the job that was done. The wife is got such magnetism , her smile is so real you just want to pull up a chair and stay while. All and all this is the best place in clayton and surrounding areas . You will not be sorry

Got in right away, no appointment. The pedi leg massage was phenomenal. My nails look gorgeous and everybody was great.
