Among my blessings in 2024, Blanche Stanley is certainly right at the very top of my list. Blanche is the most dedicated and knowledgeable realtor who goes far above and beyond what I expected, she's honest, kind, and a great communicator. My wife and I wanted to tour a home that was over three hours away, and rather than passing it off to another broker, Blance made the 3 hour trip and met us at the property. This is only a small example of her outstanding character and professionalism. If you need a buyers agent, you'll be very pleased with Miss Blanche. Thanks for shining Jesus in all you do.

We are actively searching for a home to purchase. So, my review will reflect our current experience prior to purchase.

Monica is extremely knowledgeable about home purchase/process. She is also, punctual, professional and committed. Monica promptly replies to my texts and/or phone calls and answers my questions beyond satisfactorily. I highly recommend Monica Ornelas!

I got to work with Tina Barletta! She is amazing! Looking for a home in the craziest time to purchase a home was definitely a challenge. We worked through some unique challenges and Tina always had my back and pulled me from probably making some bad decisions. We worked with Lester Mir, and really appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. Our goals changed several times throughout the process, the area we were looking in changed, and the type of property changed, but he never lost a step, and was accommodating throughout. He was thorough, showed excellent attention to detail, and gave sound advice in the face of the various obstacles we encountered. Since my husband speaks Spanish, it was very helpful that Lester is fluent in both languages. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Jennifer Pulczinski of HomeTowne Realty helped me purchase my home in 2019. She took my kids and I to view houses - new construction and resale - for several weeks in the interest of helping us find the perfect home to meet our needs, keeping in mind the budget, requirements, and location we had in mind. When we found the home we wanted, she made the process very simple. She provided options for lenders and insurance providers and coordinated walk-through and repairs calls, and managed the contract process with builder quickly and with our interests in mind. But after the home was purchased, Jennifer continued to work to ensure everything was in working order after we moved in and even called and continued to meet with the builder for addendum repairs that needed to be made. She made the experience very easy, and we were extremely pleased with the service she provided. I would recommend Jennifer as a buying agent and HomeTowne Realty in general if you are looking to purchase a home in Clayton.

Delicious barbeque Sauce is not too sweet, not too vinegary, just right. Collards were flavorful,. Fried summer squash amazing. And Charlie is a character, too.
